    it wasn't that clean when check-in there are few trashes on the floor and uncollected towels but it wasn't a big deal. staff are so nice and friendly. I like the gym facility. moneywise, not sure it's worth it or not to be honest, but it was overall good stay.

    While the hotel is conveniently next to the central station, it unfortunately suffers from noise pollution from loud squealing trains at all hours of the night.

    Excellent location near the central train station. It takes only a few minutes to walk from the hotel to the lifts or stairs that lead directly to the train platforms. We could reach the exact platform our train departed from without even having to enter the main station building, which was incredibly convenient. The one-bedroom suite was spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. We booked the suite with harbour view and had a pleasant surprise catching a glimpse of the Tivoli fireworks from our bedroom window. If we could suggest one small improvement, it would be to provide a box of facial tissues in the room.
