    Spotless, breakfast was great and the location is located in a central Copenhagen location. Highly recommend.

    The hotel itself was good, the room was clean, and the location was very convenient, close to many tourist attractions and easy to travel around. Overall, there was nothing seriously bad about the stay, and the staff service was generally good. However, during check-in, the staff did not greet or acknowledge me at all even though I was standing there first. In the end, I was the one who had to greet the staff first before receiving any response. It honestly made me feel a little uncomfortable and overlooked.
