Location easy to get and 20 mins walk to centre of town . Staff lovely and helpful. Breakfast good
My room although well stocked with organic shampoos etc could do with an update . Looking a bit tired

The area was convenient enough for some of the things we wanted to do. With the balcony door (which we had to leave open all night for air circulation) it was decently quiet which was a relief.
It was quite hot in Copenhagen during our stay so no air conditioning definitely made it less comfortable. The rooms felt small and if we hadn’t decided to book a more expensive room with a balcony it would not have been livable for our week long stay. The staff weren’t as friendly as we would have hoped for, especially since we had an extended stay, and if we asked for anything extra (a towel or pillow) we were told a definitive no. That didn’t feel very accommodating, helpful or friendly.
