There wasn't a closet, or even a single drawer, in the room; so I couldn't unpack the clothes from my suitcase. And the bathroom definitely needs to be renovated. It is old and smelly!

Value for money sprinkled with a great atmosphere and breakfast is top notch

The atmosphere was great, friendly accomplished staff, complimentary coffee and titbits in the room (I’m ordering the coffee online from guldsmeden). I used to be closer to Ködbyen, but this place is my favorite now.

Lovely staff who helped with my luggage. A beautiful room with gorgeous comfortable bed. Lovely range of sustainable toiletries in the bathroom with a great shower. Complimentary choice of teas and coffee. TV Lift to upper floors Superb breakfast with huge choice. Best scrambled eggs ever. Great central location

We enjoyed our stay but went home tired.

It was a nice breakfast for me as I tend to eat yoghurt and fruit. There was not a lot of choice. The location was slightly away from the city centre which was our choice.

There was a lot of traffic noise at night and the mattress was uncomfortable for us; it might suit other guests.

A friendly, comfortable, and surprisingly refreshing place to stay !

The staff were very helpful - especially Mila who was joyful, patient, responsive, and accommodating, a perfect manager ! The dining area with all its quirky and cozy nooks and decorations was very comfortable and nicely designed, and the breakfast was generous, tasty, and relaxed - available until 10:30 !. Very important: somehow the beds were exceptionally comfortable and the softness of the sheets was noteworthy - we slept very well ! And a nice detail was the relatively large hotel umbrella, quite uncommon and appreciated !

Little to complain about, but it would be nice if there was some storage space or a shelf for toiletries in the bathroom, and some of the design elements need better maintenance and attention - such as our closet door, some of the wall & ceiling paint, and the balcony cleanliness.

breakfast buffet was amazing, staff extremely friendly and willing to assist , room was fine (needs a refresh) but bed was comfortable and bathroom good with super shower. location is spot on - everywhere walkable, good for restaurants, museums, supermarkets and shops

Very enjoyable stay in an eco-hotel with friendly professional staff

Evidence of the "eco" approach didn't detract from the quality of the room, bathroom or breakfast. Friendly staff. Decor mercifully not bland. Very comfortable bed. Within walking distance of the more central part of Copenhagen, the hotel is in a lively but not raucous part of town. If you are determined, within walking distance of the little mermaid.

Nothing disliked, but it is a shame the limited car park is chargeable.

Staff were great, friendly and helpful and tried to resolve problems. Good ethos and we enjoyed the friendly atmosphere. Furnishings and bedding excellent quality.

Our rooms faced road which was noisy all night, it was too hot but too noisy to have window open ( and it was too high to try!) blinds did not keep out light so did not sleep well throughout stay. Staff tried to help but could not resolve. It was a tall person room - but perhaps that’s Denmark!

Lovely oasis in the city with a couple of opportunities for improvement

We liked the breakfast foods offered, the comfort of the beds, and the overall Bali style of the hotel. The front desk staff were also lovely - very kind and professional.

Our room was on the third floor looking out over a parking lot and it was extremely warm at night. We managed by opening the window once lights were off, but a screen on the window would have been helpful to keep bugs out. The bathroom could have used a deeper clean (mainly the floors). Also, while breakfast was fantastic, it very expensive and the coffee included was sub-par (espresso drinks were available for an additional charge).

Lovely place and in a lovely part of town

Loved how the location was close to everything , and how we had an upgrade due to our anniversary . Loved the style of the room , loved daisy the dog. Had a great stay

Only thing would be the bed , terrible bed … there was a dip in the bed meaning me and my partner slumped towards each other in our sleep, we stayed 3 night and slept terribly as a result of this. We did mention it and the receptions was lovely and offered to flip the mattress , this made little to no difference. Contemplated sleeping on the floor.

Room was clean, cosy and very comfortable. Loved the balcony that looked onto the courtyard. Room was cleaned every day with fresh towels. Decor was stunning and the hotel smelt so good. Location was great. Perfect for solo travelling.

An eco friendly that lacks basic confort

The hotel is located close to the city center where most of the shops are, it has a nice environement and decoration is beautiful.

The hotel is way too expensive for what it offers. The room was not exactly super clean, the street is very noisy and as we were there during summer, we had to open the window and sleep with the noise, because no air conditioning available. The room is super dark, they are eco friendly but in a way it reduces too much your confort and you still have to pay the same price as a fully confortable hotel.

Very expensive breakfast, we took it outside which was perfects, lots of opportunities. The garden was not available to sit and we had no balcony or possibility to stay outside. Expensive for what you get and difficult to reach by phone

Very nice stay in cool Vesterbro

The room was nice, maybe a bit smaller than expected, but actually good for one person. The lobby area is superb. The design is very nice, feels like a piece of Bali right there in CPH :) Staff also very nice and organisation impeccable.

Check-in only at 15:00 (although luggage storage available), room a bit small and the toiletries although very nice and qualitative almost empty in the room - actually details that would have made my experience perfect :)

More focus on looks than on comfort

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The reception and lobby were very cosy. The interior and design of the hotel was beautiful.

We had a room on the upper floor, the 5th floor. The hotel is quite old and you could definitely experience that in our room; the little window didn't block the noise coming from the street. It was also very warm in our room and we couldn't cool it down because of the small window. There was also no real curtain, but just some wooden window blinds that couldn't block the light entirely. There was also not enough pressure on the water in the shower. We were very disappointed with our room, because for the price we had paid, we expected to have at least a silent room where we could regulate the temperature with airconditioning. There was a big flatscreen tv in the room, but I would have installed quality curtains and a good working shower first.
