The lounge area was comfortable and pleasant, much needed after sightseeing all day.

The staff were so so lovely and attentive. Always greeted us when we walked in. The 24 hour bar is a great touch, as after a long flight delay, was so nice to sit down and have a drink before bed. Great location too, walking distance from city centre but also not too loud around
I think the rooms were a little bit more basic than advertised in the photos. There wasn’t any artwork or character. But very clean and warm.

Our room was at front of hotel and a little noisy

We thought the hotel was very expensive and the breakfast consisted of cold croissants, yogurt and granola with either a banana or an apple. During the mid winter season this was wholly inadequate in our opinion. Staff were inconsistent about whether we could take a cup to our room; some said it was OK but others were not as helpful. The Christmas medley of tunes coming over the speakers were also too loud.
A much better breakfast choice could have been offered and there was always too much plastic wrapping.

The room is small but it does the job for a short stay. Pretty clean, big windows, nicely renovated.
The reception and lounge area are very cosy and warm, perfect for hanging out. Free filter coffee in the morning, free wine in the afternoon.
Good location, easy to walk everywhere, super close to Tivoli and Meatpacking district where a lot of eateries are
Staff was super nice and welcoming.
The sheets had small stains on them, although they were freshly washed.
The bathroom is super small - not suitable if you are on the taller/bigger side.
If you have large luggage, there’s no space for it

Nothing
The hotel is disgusting! The room was covered in black hair, on the floor bathroom. The room was so small and v dated, it smelt so vile. The bed v uncomfortable. On asking to change rooms as it was dirty and nothing like the picture the girl said no and also said she could not contact the manager. They told me if I wanted a refund I’d need to leave immediately. It’s was 23:40pm and I had no where to stay and I was new to this city. Terrible experience. Not what I’d expect from a Scandinavian city. Don’t waster your money on this hotel there are much cheaper cleaner ones with great helpful and friendly staff

Beautiful hotel lobby and great location.
The rooms are quite small and compact and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable but it was nothing serious. Would still recommend staying here.

Central location
The room was very small, no space for people like must who were traveling with large luggage as we were in many cities during this holiday.

Lovely staff, great atmosphere, enjoyed happy hour.
Room a bit cramped and the shower was impossible to use without turning bathroom floor into a pool drain

amazing location! you have anything you need nearby. from tasty cafes and restaurants, a park where you can take a a stroll aswell as different stores for shopping!
the walk to more touristy attractions offers you some nice sightseeing and exploring different shops.
across the street is a 7-eleven which is super convenient for late night snack runs! the hotel reception is covered 24/7 so you can get in an out at any time which was very nice!
the hotel offers breakfast delivered to your room too which you can request at a specific time which is nice. there are several nice breakfast spots around too but if it was up to me, i'd tell everyone to go to BUKA bakery! you will not regret it ;)
the walls are super thin. i heard my next door neighbor coughing, brushing his teeth, showering, snoring etc so the nights werent the most relaxing. the hotel in general is quite nosy due to it being an older building so be prepared for that. (the hotel provides earbuds)
upon entering the room i noticed a strong smell coming from the bathroom that felt like was tried to be covered up with bleach but the stench only got worse during my stay.
another thing that kinda bothered me was the super small sink and the shelf placed directly above it which made it impossible to use the sink really.. brushing teeth became interesting haha.

The location was great. The reception and bar area was nice, and the courtyard was good (although we didn’t sit in it because of the weather). Happy hour for wine and free tea/coffee in the morning is a nice idea. The soap/shower gel and conditioner smelt lovely.
Paying for ice as there are no fridges in the rooms. There is also no kettle, tea etc so you have to buy everything.
Our room was a bit worn. The shower was tiny and didn’t drain well.

Location and staff are good. Free tea and coffee.
There is no house keeping in 3 days. Bathroom old design. Shower just have a curtain. Hair dryer is broken.

Location and service. Stuff was kind and helpfull.
Poor breakfast, poor cleanines, low value for money. In our room during all 4 days we had bad smell from sewer coming out of bathroom. And there was big stain on the armchair.

Combination of new and old, nice staff, nice foyer.
Not well maintained kept, squeaking floors, amenities, no refrigerator, seagalls annoying outside. Definitely not up to price we were asked to pay for this accommodation.

The location is fine, there is a nice square nearby where coffees shops, bars and restaurants give you choice for all sorts of budget.
The breakfast is light and had no option
The location is ok but it is not correct to advertise a parking when it is outside the hotel area, not as easy to find out with different pricing fees depending on where you are parked. The staff was not good to explain what were the parking options,

Location
Bar in the hotel
Overall, I found the quality quite low for the price.
Even though we booked a suite, the room was small, and the floor creaked loudly with every step. The slanted ceiling made it difficult to move around comfortably. The bathroom was particularly disappointing, after every shower, the floor would flood due to poor drainage, and the uneven surface showed a clear lack of maintenance.
I wouldn’t recommend this place for families. Perhaps it might be acceptable for a onenight business stay, but certainly not for a longer or more comfortable visit.

Nice and cozy interior, friendly stuff, free wine and coffee for guests which unfortunately I didn’t try but was impressed with the fact it was provided for this process of stay.
I got double room number for me traveling alone. The windows are directed not to the street but to the calm and silent area.
Definitely will come back when in Copenhagen 🥰

Very cute hotel, at the central location and 10 min walk to the Train and Metro station. The Hotel felt very cozy and welcoming, especially the bar at the entrance. Attention was put to every single detail.
The room was very small, as well as the bathroom.
1.0 / 10.0
The staff was kind, and the location is central, but the state of the room was disgusting. Completely below any reasonable expectation and absolutely not worth the price I paid.
The reality of this place was completely different from what is shown in the photos. The room was dirty, run-down, and poorly maintained. Materials were cheap, and I found mold, dust, and hair in multiple areas — an absolute disaster.
I paid €300 per night for 3 nights for a room that is honestly indescribable. I’ve tried several times to file a complaint via Booking, but I’ve received no response in over 5 days.
I wanted to change rooms immediately, but due to a major city event (3daysofdesign), there was nothing else available in central Copenhagen. It was incredibly frustrating — this felt like a scam.
Not to mention the insects crawling around the room — absolutely disgusting. I have videos that show all of this filth.
In the photos they show marble shelves, but in reality they’re plastic with a printed marble pattern — dirty, peeling, and absolutely ridiculous. A complete scam.
I repeat: a disgrace.
I have photos of the appalling conditions I was given for €300 a night/€900 total...

Staff very friendly
Great bar area
Very good location
Clean
Quiet - we faced inner courtyard and heard no noise from the road or city at night.
Room was a little dated - just needs a touch up, but was clean.
Bathroom door had a large mark where a previous customer had (presumably) slammed the main door into it.
8.0 / 10.0
The hotel has a cool concept, 24/7 reception (which was nice as we checked out at 3:00 a.m. The staff is very friendly and there is coffee and wine for the happy hour for free.
The bathroom was not very nice, very small with curtain, which is not hygienic. Moreover, the room was not very clean. The insides / provided items are almost non-existent, such as water, kettle, etc. It is a nice hotel, which is a little overpriced.

Location is excellent
Our mansard room had such a sharply sloped ceiling that one side of the bed was unusable — you couldn’t even sit up straight!

The location is great, staff is very friendly and the interior is nice!
You can hear EVERYTHiNG that’s going on outside the room. There is zero isolation. Me and my friend are not noise sensitive when it comes to sleeping so for uns it was not a big issue but it is something to be aware of.

Location was great for bars, restaurants and Tivoli. Also near the train station for the airport link which was good.
Really liked the bar / reception area as well.

Great hotel - very close to the train station and the main attractions. Staff is friendly and helpful.
The room is nice, there are all of the necessary amenities.
Breakfast is simple but it’s enough - coffee, tea, juices, yogurt with granola, pastries and fruits.
Wine hour is a great way to sit down and relax a bit from all of the walking.
Bathroom might need a bit of deep cleaning (shower area)

Lovely hotel with a lot of character. The room was very quiet and had everything I needed. I was in and out very quickly for this stay so I didn't utilise any facilities.
Nothing to comment on, this was a quick little overnight stay.
