Our room was spacious – and light with 3 full windows – and squeaky clean, exactly as advertised. Location is near perfect; walking distance to metro, trains, busses, endless restaurants and bars, shopping ... all of central Copenhagen.
Check-in was challenging in that the on-line process to register and have electronic keys activated never worked and the phone customer support was unavailable much of the time. However, even at midnight, they picked up immediately using the local number when we were at the door and unlocked the lobby door remotely, so we could pick up and activate keys in the lobby.

The hotel was better than I expected based on past reviews. It was clean, comfortable and very central located. I know I was not going to a 5 star hotel so I was expecting as much. The only feedback for improvement is provide extra pillows. A lift could be a major plus and of course the carpets could use an update. Other than that a perfect stay.
