This is a digital check In that we were supposed to get an instructions before checking in. We have never got the instruction. We were locked out outside of the e hotel for awhile. We used the long distance call to call them for instructions and informing them that we have a service dog with us. Th calls didn't go through, we were getting recordings in danish. After few times that we have tried, somebody finally responded. They said they are going to send us the instructions to get in but they never did and they rejected our service dog. We had to call third party to report this issue. Noone got back to us. We finally was able to get into the reception and checked ourselves In. But the whole night we weren't sure if we could stay there with Our service dog.

Rooms clean, spacious, however no elevator or staff, rooms can be a little loud if youre unlucky, and if you're sensitive to light bring an eye mask 😊

Windows are so unisolated in winter that you have to keep the curtains closed and the central.heating is insufficient for heating up the room. And since there's no staff on site no help is available. Place is run down.
