    A little away form the main attractions but we knew that before we booked. It was 7 minutes walk from central station so that meant we did not have to take a taxi from the airport or back. It helped us keep us active and avoid spending on taxi’s. Also most amenities, pubs, clubs and good eateries were all around the corner.

    Staying at a Scandic hotel has always been a reliable choice for us so far, each branch has its own decor and style, we enjoyed our four night stay at Kodbyen in the Meatpacking District of Copenhagen. From Central Station it was a 10-15 minute walk away to the hotel, check-in was swift and friendly. Our room was spotless and facing away from the streets and was quiet at night. The bed and pillows were comfortable, thick entrance door blocked out corridor noise, set air-con temperature of 22C, block-out curtains worked well, no Netflix of casting available, and house-keeping on request. The breakfast buffet was wide ranged and delicious, there was even a make-your-own waffle station. Location for us was just a little too far out from the attractions on a daily basis.

    Nice hotel next to meatpacking district, we had a great stay! Doubled bed was 2 beds brought next to each other with single blankets, this was not the best however

    Staying here feels like they want to make the stay as unpleasant as possible. Storing Luggage? Yes, but go in the cellar, and bring it there yourself, and nobody will watch it. Toilet? So high, it's unconfortable to sit on. Cleaning? No, unless you scan a QR code and order it yourself, but then only for the NEXT day, which they don't tell you. And the cleaner then did a very half assed job. No chairs, no water boiler, no fridge, no tea/water in the rooms, everything costs extra and the prices are ridiculous. The basics are there and work, but that's about it.
