Rooms in quiet Yellow Courtyard Apartment

Location is great, room was very comfortable and good size.

Common kitchen and bathroom seems to be shared with a lot of people, wasn’t too much of an issue but just bear in mind. Also the other guests (or permanent tenants? Not sure) were constantly smoking in the back garden and the smoke came directly into our room and the house at all times of the day. Again was not a massive problem for us but if you were a non-smoker/asthmatic might be unpleasant.

The staff was really nice and he was always replying immediately. The location was perfect with groceries stores nearby. It was also quite and we could rest properly. The kitchen was well equipped though the kettle needs to be replaced.

There were not darkening courtains so the light came in the room. If you sleep in the bed next to the window you could sense some air coming from outside. We missed a hanger or something so we could hang our jackets. Overall, some decorative elements or changing the lamps of the room which were broken would make more pleasant the stay.

A quiet place. The rooms were on the second floor and were spacious, with a private bathroom and toilet. The kitchen was shared with other guests. It was about a 30-minute walk to the center of Copenhagen, with grocery stores nearby. Clear check-in instructions were provided. The host kindly allowed us to check out 30 minutes later, for which we are grateful. Overall, very good value for money.

Tall people should be careful with the sloped ceiling to avoid hitting their heads. As a downside, I would mention that the floor unfortunately creaked in several places. Additionally, the pillows were uncomfortable for all of us.

Everything, our room was very spacious and Cozy..nice to use the kitchen - Great people around. Torben was really helpful

Can't beat the location! Close to the historic centre, in a nice neighbourhood. Also being at the back of a building means you are away of the busy street. The rooms were spatious.

The electric appliances in the room were a bit dodgy (lamps and sockets) and the shared kitchen was a bit scruffy. But the positives outweighted for us against these points.

Excellent Accommodation and an Exceptional Host, Torben🙂Facilities were Spotless and Everything that We needed for a Magical Holiday in Beautiful Copenhagen! The Location was Incredible, within walking distance to the Centre of the City and Frederiksberg was a Great Base to be for Exploring😉

Perfect! Family of four with two children, 11 and 16 years old. Bus stop right outside the door. 10 minutes by bus from Tivoli, Copenhagen zoo, museums and shopping. Fantastic location. Incredibly good beds. Quiet and peaceful area. Nice and clean. Great that we got our own bathroom on the 2nd floor. Next time in København we will rent this place again. Thank you!

Great communication by the owner, good directions and checking in instructions and frequent checking everything was OK. The location was excellent, just two stops on the Metro from central station. Local area has supermarkets close by and eating places at a reasonable cost. Being in a courtyard we were isolated from city noise. Roomy apartment. Shared kitchen was no bother.

Not all the lights worked and the wiring seemed a bit dodgy.

really nice room with a comfortable bed. location and the entire area was amazing, in a very nice part of town surrounded with stores and cute cafes. we felt safe.

you could heat everything from the kitchen, but its not the owners fault, some people just dont know how to behave when they are using shared facilities.

This is in a great location in the centre of Copenhagen with close access to the Metro and directly to and from the airport. Apartment was clean and warm with a local supermarket and shops nearby. Great base for a short uncomplicated stay.

The shared kitchen was a little off putting due to the other tenants not being as clean and tidy as preferred and the shared fridge had a few things growing in it. We did try and use the room to eat and socialise, but as it's in the roof eves and there wasn't much head room. However, we would book again if visiting :-)

Location was great - about a mile from the metro (which was very easy to use) and close to Fredericksburg Gardens and Tivoli and other attractions. The apartment had a private bathroom which we didn't expect which was fantastic and the wifi signal (and 4G) was great which helped with planning and navigation. Nice spacious rooms and daughter loved having a room to herself. It was a shared kitchen but this wasn't really a problem as it was rarely busy and there was allocated fridge and cupboard space (plus an Aldi around the corner!) which was great. It was also very handy having laundry facilities in the house as meant we could do washing as and when. Everything was made really easy with detailed instructions on how to gain entry and the condition to leave the apartment from the hosts which was very helpful and they were very quick at replying to messages which was very much appreciated. Overall we were very impressed and we'd definitely stay here again.

Only downside was we couldn't get the TV to work and some of the plug sockets didn't work but this didn't really impact our stay as we had planned an active break!

Very well maintained, good kitchen facilities, on site parking (small fee), great central location. We had the big room with private bath which was great for these 70 year old bladders. Highest recommendation is that we would stay there again on our next visit to Copenhagen and we will tell our friends to stay there too. Thank you.

Um, nothing? No, it’s not a 5 star hotel, but that’s not our style.

the car parking in the area is very difficult access.

First of all, it's inexpensive and practically in the center of the city. 20 minutes walk to the city center. The apartment is more like a country house, which, for us personally, was more of a plus. The apartment has two large rooms and a shower and toilet. The beds are very comfortable. There is a shared kitchen downstairs. I highly recommend this apartment. It is 100% worth its money. I would say it is a rare find.

It would be great to have a kitchen right in the room, but I understand they have plans to improve the accommodations.

Very nice location in Fredriksberg neighborhood, lots of nice parks, restaurants and little shops to look around, well connected to public transport. Facilities where clean, with everything you need.

It was a nice bright room with lots of windows. I needed to work from there and it was perfect. Very quiet during the day. Staff helpful with getting post sent to me and dealing with Danish bureaucracy. Very grateful for that!

My room wasn't very well soundproofed, so I was sometime woken up early.

Estuvimos de viaje familiar mi hermano, mi padre y yo. Cogimos la suite con baño privado en la habitación. Las sábanas y toallas están incluidas en el precio, hay secador de pelo y una nevera en la habitación. La habitación está muy bien, es espaciosa y tiene dos habitaciones que se pueden aislar con una puerta. Está en un sitio tranquilo, residencial y a 10 minutos andando de una parada de metro. También se puede ir caminando hacia el centro por la calle principal e ir viendo la ciudad. Calidad-precio genial, ya que allí es todo bastante caro. El anfitrión atento y respondiendo al washap enseguida cuando había alguna duda. Cocina compartida en el piso de abajo que no usamos mucho, solo usamos el microondas para calentar, pero tiene de todo lo necesario.

Se escuchan un poco los ruidos de la cocina en el piso de arriba, pero tampoco es mucho problema. Pondría más mantas abrigadas en la habitación, ya que se notaba un poco de frío en estas fechas
