All good re cleanliness, quietness and breakfast
Heating was not working in my first allocated room. next morning I was moved to another room...no issue. It did seem clear to the reception that the heating was not working when I complained ??? so why was I allocated this room???

We liked the friendly hotel vibe
The hotel in the restaurant was not so good as expected, a bit expensive for its offer. We had a vegetarian burger and it was not worthy the money.

Very comfortable beds and friendly staff. Great common area in hotel foyer. The location of the hotel is perfect for sightseeing.
Our first room was 29.5 degrees and there was no obvious way of turning the temperature down - this made our first night very uncomfortable. Once we informed the staff of this the next morning, they immediately changed us to another room which was much more comfortable.
