Great location in Frederiksberg, cozy rooms, and great breakfast!

The breakfast buffet offered a lot of nice choices with a good selection. The bed was very comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff who cared about making my stay as pleasant as possible.

The dinner selection on the restaurant menu was quite limited.

Champions league trip..

The room was clean and big. There was no noise from the corridor or other rooms. The beds were good. The location was good because it was close to the metro which quickly takes you to the city center and the airport. There are several good places to eat nearby.

A bit expensive and the breakfast is really bad for the price.

Cute room, great design, good vibes, extra comfy bed

Loved the design and the vibes in this hotel! The room had a lot of personality and the bed was extra comfortable, like sleeping in a cloud. The staff were friendly too. The location was good, we could get everywhere we needed to go quite easily, and there were some nice cafés nearby to grab breakfast. We didn't try the restaurant and bar, but it looked great, and if we ever go back, we'll make sure to not miss out on this. I highly recommend this hotel!

My two pieces of constructive criticism would be: 1. The curtains were transparent and didn't block the light. While this makes sense in the curtain-free Danish culture, it's less loved by international tourists. 2. A kettle and a few mugs in a hotel room are always handy, to warm up after a long day out. This would be a nice feature to add.

Expensive! Lacking basic facilities.

The view was spectacular on the 10th floor. The bar is nice. The location is not bad.

Summer pricing. Absolutely crazy pricing. The bed wasn't queen or double. It was two beds put together. There's no kettle or coffee in the room. No mini bar or even a fridge. The toilet paper holder was broken. The shower is so tiny. There's no place to put anything on the sink. Housekeeping wouldn't remove dirty glasses, had to leave a note. There's no phone in the room so can't reach reception. Forget room service.

The hotel was perfect for my needs and would stay there again when I visit Copenhagen.

The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Metro line. The staff were very helpful and polite. There was plenty of choice in the dining room.

Not the best in my opinion, walls in halls & unit were painted black. Comfortable beds however.

Excellent staff, fabulous breakfast and a hotel chain which managed to convey personality.

I loved the style and attention to detail, recreating an art deco look and paying homage to the building’s previous life as a theatre.

I was divided on the room decor, although atmospheric and intense, the dark colours made it appear very cavernous, fine in summer though.

Best breakfast

The breakfast was amazing - high quality products, homemade touch and a vast array of food categories. We stayed 5 days and you could eat differently every day. We've stayed in a dozen other DK hotels and this is the most memorable. Room had comfy beds. Great location in a vibrant neighbourhood and close to the Metro.

Perfect place to stay in Copenhagen

All was perfect. A big room (we had a junior svit) with a modern design and a fantastic view from the window, two bathrooms, comfortable beds, tea and coffee capsules including decaf. The breakfast was amazing and varied. The hotel’s location is also good, near the underground station, supermarkets, parks and a lot of restaurants and cafeterias around.

There is a reason we don't think about staying anywhere else

Everything about this place is really good. The breakfast has great selection, you're in a great location for shops, not terribly far from the center and well connected with the Metro nearby. Staff are, as always, superb. They're always so polite and accommodating and really make Scandic hotels a front running for places to stay when in Copenhagen

Comfortable stay in a fab area

Lovely hotel, the location was a nice surprise. You see it as you emerge from the metro station. It is a large hotel so did not feel crowded even at breakfast. Staff were very friendly. The level of choice at breakfast was most welcome. The room was comfortable and a good size. Noise from the road was minimal.

The toilet roll holder was very fiddly. The room was a little warm on the day of checking in. There could be more attention paid to the stairs from the second floor to the lobby.

High and dry.

Reception was at some point a tiny bit understaffed, but the one present did her best to meet in the middle very well. Excellent breakfast, High class rooms.

Getting back in from garage requires a member of staff present at reception desk.

A smart renovation with a few details missing.

This hotel has recently been renovated so things are quite new. Overall, breakfast is very good and the room was fine. The bathroom was particularly well set up. The room has the best blackout curtains of all the places I stayed on an extended visit to Scandinavia which is welcome given the very short nights.

As a business traveler the fact there was no desk in my room was annoying given there was a desk in the picture of the room I booked. Despite the enormous foyer, there was also nowhere comfortable to sit to work there with access to a power socket. Also the peep hole in the door was above my head so completely useless.

Great location, but make sure all the guest elevators work first.

The room was nice and the view would have been spectacular if the day hadn't ben very foggy. Breakfast OK, though would have wished for more coffee drinks. For a Swede the Danish coffee is much to weak so being able to order some cappuccino or espresso is needed.

The hotel was very booked with theater guests (I think) but only ONE elevator was working and there were no stairs to use either. That meant long waits sometimes and was not acceptable in my view.

Great hotel 2 stops far from city centre

The room was big enough and well equiped. Breakfast was great, many type of tee, juices and local pastries. Location is perfect close to metro "red/green/yellow" lines, easy to reach the city centre (only 2 stops away). We run the Half-marathon and the start was in front of the building (for us was perfect) Cleaning: You need to ask for cleaning (saving the nature, I loved the idea)

Breakfast: I was there for running CPH (Half-marathon), so I missed banana from breakfast (hotels close to running events will usually take care of that for this special occassion). Bathroom older people will have difficulties to step in the bathtub (too high). Cleaning: You need to ask for cleaning (saving the nature, I loved the idea) that means no room cleaning at all. So if you need that, need to ask on time. Location: Fancy area, that's why we didn't find a restaurant in the neighborhood (on weekend/half-marathon) everywhere was fully booked. So reservation in advance is neccessary.

Not worth the money

1. The room is clean. 2. The staff is friendly. 3. The breakfast is delicious, with a variety of food choices. We can make our own waffles. The bar and restaurant are also very nice. 4. The hotel is closed to the metro station and city centre.

1. The room is not spacious. It can only accommodate beds, nothing else. We can barely open up our luggage in the room. As shown in the picture, there should be a desk in the room, but it didn't exist. 2. The kettle was dirty. The staff tried to replace one for me, which was another dirty one. I booked two rooms. Kettle, tea, and coffee were not provided in one of the rooms. This was not I expected for a decent hotel.
