We enjoyed our stay in Copenhagen. The hotel was, all in all, a decent choice. We arrived early, and with check-in time not until 1600, peftvour bags for free in their luggage room. Not just one, but two different reception staff said to come back around 1400, when our room would be ready. At 1400, we returned and our room was ready. However, we were ahead to pay 200 DKK to check in before 1600! Why had this not been mentioned earlier?! The room was well decorated. It did not have any air conditioning, and because it faced west, it was over 33⁰C in the late afternoon. We eventually got a fan, which simply blew the hot air around. Here's a tip - ask for an easy facing room! Breakfast was extra, but it was very good with great choices. Good location, next to the Metro. Overall, decent but not spectacular.

Check in at 16:00 is very late. No refrigerator at the room is a huge minus. The door to the room closed badly due to the rubber surrounding the door was loose. When arriving back at the hotel for checkout before 12, they key didn’t work. Checking out obviously didn’t work as it should as they called me and wanted me to pick up my things - already checked out at 12. So overall - to expensive for this kind of service.

Overall nice hotel. Nice and friendly staff in reception. Rooms were clean and nice size. Lacking kettle to make tea. Bathroom not great . It was very small and had a small bathtub which was difficult to get in and out of. Not good for elderly or other people with difficulties moving easily.

The hotel offers an extensive buffet breakfast with many options. Lovely decor based on a theatre theme with cosy seating areas and bar. Staff were very attentive and helpful. The hotel is located in a central area with many fine restaurants, cafes and an award winning shopping mall. Metro is just a few steps away. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Copenhagen!

Very friendly, attentive staff, modern facilities and great breakfast options. The hotel is in a convenient location just a couple of minutes from the metro station and a few stops from all major attractions. Plenty of nearby bars/restaurants as well. Read some poor reviews about the lack of air conditioning/climate control and stuffiness in the rooms but our family room was absolutely fine. Would definitely stay again

Beautiful hotel with great design. The only downside was our shower drainage, that was clogged and every time for showering the floor would be flooded. Even when I put towels on the floor. The room service was upon request which they would change the towels and tidy up the beds but no vacuuming . We had a toddler so it could have been nice to have a cleaner room.

The front area of the hotel looks very nice but the room is dard and gloomy. There is nothing unique about this hotel room. They don't replenish the shampoo and condition and we have to call for the service and fill the shampoo ourselves and waited long for the condtioner to arrive. we stayed for more than 3 days. Breakfast fork and spoon isn't clean as we still see egg york on the fork.

Very nice place. Breakfast was very good, especially for the children with lots of sweet stuff. We also had dinner at restaurant. I couldn’t resist the schnitzel even though it was pricey. Unfortunately it was a total disaster.

Good location - near M1, M2 and M3 in Fredericksburg. The beds were a bit worn; they sunk in the middle. Several dusty throw pillows in the room and generally a lot of dust - exacerbated my daughter's asthma. Breakfast was very good. All staff, save the first one with whom I interacted, were friendly and very helpful.

We arrived to the hotel a bit earlier than the check in time. With two small kids we asked if the room was ready, but after multiple times, and promised that it should be ready earlier, we received the room almost an hour late from the check in time. Also, we had to go back to reception to ask to make the beds for our kids, which we has mentioned beforehand. On top of this they didn’t clean our room despite the fact that we had asked the hotel staff to do that.

This hotel had a beautiful view of Copenhagen (level 8) and a good breakfast. But the air conditioning did not work so didn’t sleep well unfortunately. This was during a hot weekend in July.

Lovely hotel and facilities in a great location. Being from Australia we relied on the use of wifi connections and did not have mobile phone roaming on daily so we were unable to contact the front desk with inquiries or assistance, so every time I needed assistance I had to walk downstairs to reception which was inconvenient. They could do with in room phones.

A positive experience, and a big thank you to the people at the reception desk - had many questions during my visit and they really took the time to make sure that I got the answers I was looking for. Nice room, big, comfy and fresh. Located on a great area, easy to go everywhere by walking, biking (rented one of Scandic's bikes), or simply by Metro just around the corner. Breakfast - as many hotels big variation, but I especially enjoyed the bacon cut in so small pieces that was well prepared! All positive, I plan to go back to Copenhagen and will most definitely stay here!
