    Stayed only one night. Very cozy place, great location in walking distance to many restaurants and entertainment venues. They offer free glass of wine in the evening, which is a nice gimmick. Bed was comfortable and shower/toilet worked well.

    Accommodating staff. Central but quiet location. Decent shower clean towels, good linens excellent bed. Hot water. Potable water. Functional television. I travel a lot and this is all I need. If I’m going back to Copenhagen this is first choice.

    After having paid for a double room for two adults and a baby through the Agoda platform, we were charged of abou 80€ more (600DKK) by the hotel staff with the invented reason of a pseudo-error in the booking system. The hotel staff stated that for two adults and a baby, a standard double room wouldn't have been large enough and we should pay for a "queen" room. The "queen" room was a stupid 17m² room in the end, but 80€ more expensive. We actually tried to ask for a refund from both the Hotel staff and Agoda platform, but none of them took the responsibility of this problem and we are still waiting to receive the refund. An absolute lack of professionality from both Agoda and the Hotel property.

    Tiny room, barely any space to shower. No perks or extras, just bare basics, which almost felt like a hostel for the cost of a hotel. Every little thing was extra cost. The staff is wonderful though and the common areas are lovely.
