I stayed in a standard double and didn't have breakfast at the venue. The positives include friendly staff, a beautifully designed cafe/bar area, and a wonderful location. However, I don't think the hotel lives up to the hype. The amenities in the room didn't justify the price tag. The standard double wasn't just small; it felt poorly designed. For example, why are there no coat hooks? A massive oversight, given the enormous winter coats most visitors need to wear. The clothing rail only had space for five coat hangers. There was a cupboard with shelves, but that isn't great if you have clothes that you don't want to crease. There was no fridge in the room, under the guise of being eco-friendly, but this is likely more about the small square footage and poor use of space. The bathroom was a decent size, but the shower felt relatively compact and had a 3/4 length fabric curtain instead of a screen, so the water got everywhere. The lack of underfloor heating and a single small bath mat meant standing water for a long time afterwards. There was no safe, which made me uncomfortable leaving valuables while out for the day. The mattress is very soft, which wasn't to my personal preference; however, the duvet was very comfortable. The bar was nice; however, people using it as a place to work at all times of the day and night definitely changed the vibe - seeing laptops everywhere definitely affected the ambience. In conclusion, I expected more.

Amazing hotel but impossible to sleep cause it’s so noisy. 3 time here in 2 months and each time placed in a very noisy room even with emails in advance. Leads me to believe that most of the rooms are very noisy.

I travel frequently for work and stay at many hotels around the world, but the front desk team at Coco Hotel truly stands out. They were among the kindest, most attentive, and most professional I have encountered in a long time. It was clear that they genuinely wanted to make my stay enjoyable and that I felt welcome from the moment I arrived. A special mention goes to the woman at reception and the man at the bar, who both took the time to chat about two of my favorite topics—running and wine. Those personal touches made my stay all the more memorable. I very much look forward to returning.

The lobby & courtyard are adorable. The rooms are simple but nicely decorated and the toiletries are great. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and would happily return for another stay.

The hotel itself is good and the staff are all friendly. The facilities in the room are not amazing (no tea or coffee making) and there was some noise during the night from the courtyard. The rooms was also really stuffy and does not have AC. We did complain to the front desk and they allowed us to switch to a quieter room which was really nice of them so no complaints overall. Would recommend booking a suite. The transport is so convenient and the bar and cafe are lovely.

We adored staying in this hotel. The rooms were lovely and it has a fab court yard in the middle for drinks. The only bad part was we felt it was a little understaffed so you need to queue at reception or wait a little while for drinks. This didn’t bother us too much though, and we highly recommend to others! The area is perfect too!

We would describe the Coco as "chic" and "boutique" in nature. Small and artsy, the Coco would probably more than hold its own in Los Angeles or Paris. Here are some things we particularly liked about Coco: warm, welcoming, and informative staff... location (particularly to the train station, meatpacking district, Tivoli, and Stroget Street)... some perfect hang out areas for doing some work or talking to other guests in the lobby and atrium...and bright and architecturally "cool" rooms. Here are some dislikes: we would skip adding breakfast to your reservation (very limited offerings and little to no variety from day to day)... you will have some pretty long and challenging walks to some of Copenhagen's attractions to the north and northeastern parts of the city... and no safe or closet in the rooms. All in all, a fun stay. We'd book it again...

Nice hotel, although we were slightly underwhelmed compared to what we were expecting. Room was perfectly nice but not special, and bathroom/shower average. Unfortunately the offer they promote about discounts for 20 neighbouring hotels, and the free drink, isn’t an available unless you book direct. Check in was brief and to the point, no additional info. Breakfast looked good though we didn’t have it included so went to nice places nearby instead. Margot restaurant opposite was a great dinner choice.

We stayed at Coco hotel in July. Overall we had a lovely stay, the area the hotel is in is interesting, with relatively easy access to the main train / subway station. The breakfast was excellent, and the inner courtyard is so convenient and lovely for drinks.

Charming old building with comfortable room & bath. Breakfast was really good (buffet style), and the courtyard was a fun area for eating or a drink. Staff were helpful & friendly. Be aware there’s no air conditioning in the rooms, but they were able to get us a fan to pull in the cooler night air.

Super hotel, cozy. ‘French’, A little bit noisy at night if room is facing the street, and you prefer to sleep with the window open. But it is so centrally located- so it is expected. We arrived 0830- and could get our room immediately! Fantastic!!

Lovely friendly boutique hotel in a fab location, just 5 mins walk from Central Station. My first day was as a solo traveller; the cafe was welcoming and a nice place to sit with a glass of wine and a book before exploring. The room was modern and clean with lush towels and toiletries. I would definitely recommend staying at Coco Hotel

I couldnt have asked for a better experience. The building is beautiful, the staff are so friendly and attentive as needed, and the comfort was superb. When you enter, you're greeted with the smell of fresh coffee and warm smiles. Once you get your room key, you're invited to wander up the old grand staircase, or take an elevator to your floor. Turn the key, and open the door to your temporary, hygge space. Ours was politely small, as we wanted. The bathroom was immactulate with a heated floor. Our room boasted high ceilings and a pair of down douves on the pillowtop bed. A mini snack bar under our television enticed us as we opened the curtains to soak up our view of the København streets. Would love to stay here again.
