It's a bare room with no basic utensils like cups, dishes, or kettle. No lift is available in this old building and unfortunately we're with 2 big suitcases. They use an ipad for self-check-in but the day I arrived all customers were waiting for the staff to help as the ipad didn't work. The location is good enough but you can find many hotels around. Consider paying a little bit more for a better place.

Emergency fall back as our original accomododation let us down, but turned out a better quality, at a better location & cost less than our original booking, so a win-win all round.

No Personnal, only Cleaning Staff. Digital Check In. Then i was not informed in the Website there is deposit Money , not explained for what kind of deposit. According to cleaning Staff i have to pay for deposit. And i paid 500 DKk ( about 70 Swiss Franks ) i hope they would return the Amount on my Account . I was disappointed , for the stay . Expensive and it is not a 3 Star Hotel like given in this Website . It is likely only a 1 Star Hotel or a Hostel
