The room was ok, but the noise from the other guests was annoying. Also from the courtyard. Someone had a minor party on the my floor and smoked weed, so the entire floor stunk from it. The keyapp was not reliable and you couldn't call the hotel, because the phone number didn't exist

No staff at all. Complicated requirements to check in. There was food in the fridge left by previous guest. No possibility to plug the bedside lamps. The TV did not work

Unmanned, so service level is questionable, but good instructions for an easy check in and check out process was provided. Room was clean and pretty enough. Lamp bulb for the bedside lamp was expired, couldn't figure out how to make a service notification for staff. Bed lacked a top-matress and therefore extremely hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. There was good sound proofing from the outside in the windows, but had to tighten a latch myself, half the latches were undone when i arrived. The door to the hallway was gaping all around the frame though. Letting in light and noice from the hallway, stairs and other guests. Had a private bathroom wich was a small "shower over toilet" type (which is absolutely fine), but lacked a hook for the towel, when just needed after hand washing/facewashing/toothbrushing.

My room was right next to both the stairs from the ground floor and the shared bathroom. It was very noisy, and not really pleasant to listen to people go to the toilet. I tried several times calling the number listed and one other, to get some help. No one answered the phone. Don’t list numbers to get help and the never answer it. All in all: I’d not recommend it. At all.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The service was terrible – the staff were neither friendly nor helpful. There was no parking area, which made everything very inconvenient. The room was extremely dirty, and the toilet was in awful condition. It seemed like nothing had been properly cleaned for a long time. There was a bad smell, and I didn’t feel comfortable staying there at all. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s far from what you would expect for the price.

Can’t believe a place like this can exist in a city like Copenhagen 2025. I’m talking about the digital reception. Extremely complicated and even if we followed directions stuff didn’t work. Called support and they couldn’t even find my booing. Shared toilet stunk. No socket for bad lamps on both sides of the bed. Tv and internet is not working. Simply a joke the whole thing.

Worst hotel in Copenhagen.. could not get a react of the hotel, dirty room with food left in it, super load, and noisy, maybe the worst hotel I never stayed in, and I travel a lot. Would never recommend staying here - if you try to cancel or just simply get a physical room card, no help and no crew will respond. Had to book a new hotel room same night. Please stay away from this place, and book a different place. It is NOT anywhere near a Copenhagen standard of a hotel. Hotels.com tried to contact them twice and no reply from the hotel.

No one at the front desk the entire stay (no employees at all seen in the 2 days), no elevator, 500DKK deposit withdrawn for no reason on top of the cost of the stay, doesnt look like the pictures at all,

What to expect: It’s a cheap place to stay, so go in with low expectations and you won’t be as disappointed as many of the reviews state. When we got there the digital app “Mews” didn’t work and we had to download another app which also didn’t work. After ringing the doorbell 6 times someone finally picked up and explained that the digital key card doesn’t work. We then had to be let in by another guest. After that we had to check in on an iPad and create our own physical keys which was pretty easy. No elevator which is common in Danish apartment buildings, which is what the building is! We got to our room which was nothing like the photos, but it was roomy and clean so that was a win! (We got the double room with a private bathroom) Shower was fine although the shower bar almost fell off the wall😂 There was no toilet paper so I had to go find some in the shared bathroom. Yes, very noisy street but that is common for Vesterbro. Hallway in the building was very loud, the doors close loudly, and the walls are thin. But! I will say for the price paid, it was ok. Nice TV, fridge and safe box and they cleaned our room on day 2, got us fresh towels too. A Hotels should update the check in information so guests don’t stand outside waiting for another guest to let them in! Hopefully this review helps make things less confusing. Would stay there again in a pinch now that we know how it works.

Cockroaches in the room. Windows unable to close tight enough to not hear the noice from the back alley, where they start working and making noise 05.00 in the morning. Slam of doors in the hallway is very loud because of binding doors. Probably got 3 hours of consistent sleep.

No information that was given was available, absolutely horrible experience to pay for only a bed and and walk 4 crooked floors with luggage and there was no kettle, no lounge as promised and no staff in the building. Was very disappointed and will be more careful in the future. It was the most disappointing start of my journey. But I slept well and the bed was alright.

Dear Victoria Hotel, You don't seem to have noticed that I never came despite the fact that I called you Tuessay night 5.08.2025 to explain, that I had missed my flight and wouldnt use my booking..Il'l never reserve your hotel again as the process of booking and confirming by the payment of a gurantee was particularly messy and uncomfortable. At this stage I belieive thst I payed a deposit of 500 DKK three times to your ex partner AEROGUEST. Iconfirmed payment o my bank but havre received no receipt - Nothing ! Thank you for your reply. It would be easy to spend some money to get the doors repaired. Instead the owner decided it is okay that everyone has to slam the door to close it. Horrible during night!! Hard to sleep! Checkin was delayed, no information, nobody reachable, many confused people in front of the door.

Completely different than the photos in the booking portal. Much smaller than depicted, noisy (from the outside as well as the inside with paper-thin walls and a door that leaves light in from the floor on all sides!) and a bathroom where only a shower courtain splits the room in half and not even seperates the toilet from the shower with the entire floor getting soaked.

No luggage storage. App doesn’t work and you have to download it to enter property. Hopefully you have internet otherwise you have to call international and they didn’t answer after 3 attempts. Not worth it!

Room noisy from street and not very clean. Bathroom was shared which we did not know and it was also extremely small and not well kept. There was no soap in the bathroom. A 500 Kr additional was taken for the mini bar, but there was only 4 items in the fridge.
