Stylish, comfortable with fantastic cafe/bar right in the centre of Vesterbro

Beautiful hotel, great location with a fantastic restaurant and cafe - and an amazing breakfast. A short walk from The central train station.

One little quibble - arrived back after a long chilly walk wanting a hot chocolate or a drink as a nightcap but the bar had shut 10 minutes earlier. One table of customers however were still served in the bar way beyond this cut off point, leaving us feeling resentful.

Amazing!

the hotel's location is perfect!. we easily reached it by train from the airport. most of the places we wanted to visit were within walking distance. in addition, the hotel staff were extremely helpful in every way and always brightened our day with their positive energy. we usually don't have breakfast, but we did on the last day. it was delicious and enjoyable : ) the design of the rooms and the beauty of the garden were amazing. we're so glad we stayed at Coco!

Overall a great stay

The location was excellent – very convenient as I was arriving and leaving by train. It’s just a short walk into the centre, but in Copenhagen you really have to cycle, so the distance doesn’t matter much when you can just hop on a bike. I really liked having a little coffee shop/bar downstairs, and the courtyard was a lovely bonus. The bathroom was clean and modern, and I also appreciated having a small workspace in the room.

I would have liked more plug sockets – there was only one on one side of the bed, so we couldn’t both charge our phones overnight. The duvet was also far too hot and thick for my liking (even with the air conditioning on full), though that may just be a personal preference as I prefer a thinner one. These were only minor issues and certainly wouldn’t stop me from staying again. I will definitely book here again.

Great place in Vesterbro

The place is perfect. The location, the staff, the bar, the breakfast, the courtyard, the rooms (very nice and bright, at least the one I stayed in), the bicycles available to guests, the laundry service. The area is also excellent for visiting the city, as it’s very beautiful and close to the center (but without the tourist crowds). Highly recommended.

The only drawback: the bicycles should be available to guests free of charge.

Condé Nast Travel readers clearly did not stay in my room. You get what you pay for but you can get better elsewhere.

A short walk to central station, meatpacking district, and vesterbro. A pretty courtyard and well designed room and bathroom. Helpful concierge.

My room was not in the slightest bit sound proof. It was like staying in a house, not a hotel. I travel with earplugs which I used and I could hear people dragging furniture, walking up and down stairs, and even a vibrator in another room! I wonder if this hotel places booking.com guests in bad rooms. Linens were rough.

Not recommended for early/light sleepers otherwise really great hotel.

We loved the hotel, the room was cute and comfortable, the staff were amazing and we also really enjoyed the breakfast.

It’s way too loud in the evenings because there’s DJ sets or people on the terrace talking. On weekdays it was good after 22:00, however on Friday and weekends it went even until 23:30. The room gets too hot with the windows closed and the sound isolation with windows closed is not good. My partner didn’t mind but I could not sleep without earplugs. You can also hear street noise in the mornings. So I don’t recommend this hotel for early or light sleepers.

Coco is a great place with great people in a super location.

Fantastic location. Easy walks to most places. Two blocks from Tivoli Gardens. Staff was incredibly friendly. Boutique hotel with boutique hotel sized rooms. Definitely would stay there again.

Breakfast variety could be better. Small buffet was over priced and very limited options if you chose to order from the menu.

Cute hotel in a central location, great for solo travel.

The hotel interior was really nice, the room was a good size and comfortable for one person. My room was facing a residential area with other apartments, so it was quiet. Front desk staff were friendly and easy to talk to during check in/check out process. The hotel is 10-15 min walk from the central train station and metro, which was convenient for transport in the city.

Nothing, but a kettle in the room with tea or coffee would have been nice to have.

- Great interior design, both inside the room and in the reception area - The best location (if you like cool bars, restaurants, cafées and design and/or curated vintage shops) - Nice courtyard - Great alcohol free alternatives in the bar/café (mocktails & muri). You don't have the feeling of missing out. - Calm vibes - Nice room - The kindest hotel staff - You can rent bikes from the hotel for a fair day rate

- I didn't like the eco shower thing... water pressure felt off. I live for a good hotel shower. - The room (single) was expensive and didn't come with a desk or with big windows as advertised. I wasn't that impressed with the pricing (and I love design hotels from brands like Hoxton, Novotel etc.) The main reason I give this place a top rating is the staff and location. Maybe double rooms are better.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Arranged for early-check-in without the usual hassle. Convenient location, trendy and modern design, breakfast with all you need and, most importantly, everything in great and healthy quality.

Only downside from a business traveler's perspective: A safe in the room was missing.
