Because this is an eco hotel you're unable to control the temperature of the room, also, the shower water was barely warm at it's highest temperature setting. The bathroom floor also looked like it was in need of a good cleaning. If you can overlook these things at least the bed was comfortable!

The room was spotless, the bed comfortable and the coverings plenty warm on frigid nights. The staff was very friendly explaining breakfast choices and restaurant options nearby. The hotel is an easy walk along cobblestone streets from the main train station. Two grocery stores are nearby, along with a variety of restaurants.

We had booked a standard double room but on arrival the wonderful receptionist offered us an upgrade for a very reasonable rate. She also gave us some great recommendations for where to go in Copenhagen and circled some areas of interest on a map. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. It had all the amenities you could need such as ironing board, fridge, hairdryer, and tea and coffee. We were also given the choice of how often we wanted our room cleaned to help make our stay more eco-friendly and avoid unnecessary cleaning. The decor in the bar was very stylish and it was a great place to sit and chat. It was popular with the locals as well as hotel guests. The hotel is in a great location. The area is quieter than some other parts of the city but still has plenty to see and do. It’s easy to get to other parts of the city as the train station and metro are close by. I would definitely stay here again.

Great sized room for 4, though the sleeper sofa was pretty worn out. Room appeared to be an accessible room though and there was an open shower. This drenched the floor with every shower and made it a slipping hazard. Breakfast was fabulous. Gluten and dairy free options available. Close to public transportation. Would definitely stay here again on another trip to Copenhagen.

The hotel isn't bad, but for the prices they charge in Copenhagen, breakfast (almost $40 per person) is pathetic. It's the same every day. The breads are only made with whole wheat flour, the fruit is only pineapple, the coffee is terrible, and the juices are horrible. On top of that, the app they make you use for communication lists breakfast hours as Monday through Friday until 11 a.m., but in reality it ends at 10 a.m. (we missed it the first day). On the other hand, the mattress is terrible, with only one pillow and it's almost too small for a child. Finally, the parking only accepts cards with a PIN. We didn't have one, and the receptionist said she couldn't do anything for us (inexplicable; the parking lot has direct access to the hotel, but they ignore it, saying they can't help their guests). The hotel employee who's supposed to help guests was very rude and unempathetic.

Amazing stay. The hotel itself is beautiful and in one of the best locations. 15 mins walk away from city center and in a trendy/hipster/comfortable neighborhood. A lot fine restaurants around. I had best meals. The room is relatively small. The night is cold but you can ask for blanket and heater. Overall, highly recommend!

The lobby has a great vibe and the bar was fun! The breakfast spread is impressive also. The very best though, was the staff. I stepped off a curb wrong and broke my ankle while touring the city. I returned to the hotel by cab and the staff were very caring. They provided a wheelchair, crutches and filled ice bags several times for me. They helped us navigate the healthcare system and figure out which ER to go to in addition to hailing a cab. When I mentioned anticipating difficulty taking a shower, they even provided a shower chair! I can't say enough about how caring and generous they were. I would whole heartedly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to many bars and restaurants and about a 20 minute walk into the city. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station. Staff were friendly in both reception and the bar/restaurant. Unfortunately the sound proofing wasn’t great as you can hear other guests constantly opening and closing their loud doors through the night when trying to sleep, which isn’t good if you’re an insomniac. First hotel I’ve ever stayed in where there is no bar fridge which is bizarre. There was no bath mat which was strange. The pillows are small so I’m glad I brought my own. The value for money therefore isn’t great.

Big hotel but never felt busy at all. Even at breakfast time. Friendly staff. Clean everything. Shower pressure was weak however that could be normal for Denmark where I like to feel as if a layer of skin is coming off me.

Location is superb, staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We had 3 nights here, the room was well equipped and the beds are fantastic. Breakfast was exceptional too. Although the tv’s in the room have little to no English speaking shows, this isn’t something that we were bothered about but worth noting for others. I will 100% be using this hotel again in future.

I highly recommend this hotel for the following reasons: Friendly attentive staff, nice quiet room ( I slept really well), great choice at breakfast. The hotel is ideally situated, literally minutes away from some great bars and restaurants in the old meat packing area. It was our first stay in Copenhagen and exceeded my expectations. It’s a safe, clean and friendly place with a real sense of community. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.

This hotel was in a fun neighborhood full of lots of things to do. It is within walking distance of the train station and many trendy restaurants and bars. The hotel is fabulous-clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, and the most amazing breakfast. It has a restaurant and bar that are convenient and have a great vibe. One thing to note is that there is at least one dance bar close enough to make it noisy late at night; when I mentioned this upon checking out, staff said to request a quieter room on the other side of the building next time.

We had a great stay! The room was spotless and comfortable. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around very easy. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely come back next time we’re in town.
