The room size was okay. The bed was also good. Location was not bad too. The TV was cool.
Just a single washroom/toilet for entite floor. Needed to use it at night but was locked. Not sure if someone was in there. I knocked several times but no response. I had to sleep with the urine again. Considering the size of the room, toilet can easily be fixed in.
The structure of the washroom is such that even if someone is brushing his or teeth, no one else can use it.
Also, there was no receptionist to assist incase we needed some assistance.
No AC available. Only the old fashioned heaters.

Good location
- We had bed bugs in our room, and there was no one to contact about it. The number that they have listed does not work and they don’t answer when you try to contact them in other ways.
- There’s only one outlet in the room which means the lamps, TV and fridge isn’t available to use.
- The one (1!) toilet/shower that you share with everyone is digusting.
- We want our money back and there is no one to contact or talk about it with - SCAM!!

The electronical key, and no staff on place was a disaster! I will never come back again!

The hotel is located close to the central station and there are lot of restaurants nearby. Room was basic for one person stay with decent facilities. Good view of the central Copenhagen from hotel. The hotel has completely online check-in and check-out process though it is a bit cumbersome. There were shelves and hangers for clothes.
The check-in process is a bit difficult to understand as you need to download the App and do all the upload of your documents before check-in. Also the contact phone number provided from Booking.com is not at all working. However if you enter the hotel there is a different contact number and that is working for support of online reception services. I had come around 2 hours earlier and had to use the bathroom and toilet. There are no common toilets in the hotel. So I had to do an early check-in and they charged me around 350 DKK which is almost half the price of my one night stay. It is really expensive even though it was only 90 minutes before my check-in time. Most hotels would not charge extra for this if the rooms are available. Also you need to pay a damage deposit of 500 DKK which will be refunded only after one or two weeks. Also if you check-out late after 11am then also you need to pay a fine of 500 DKK for late check-out fees.
There are no luggage storage facilities available since there was no physical reception and hence we had to pay extra around 10 Euros for the luggage storage facility which is outside the hotel. The hotel is really expensive for the facilities provided with all the additional costs. Bathroom and toilets needs to get cleaned better. Also the beds are not really comfortable. I stayed in the topmost floor and the room is a bit cramped. I would say that this is only suitable for couples or solo travelers for a quick one night stay near central Copenhagen.

Absolutely nothing
Everything. No wifi even though it was stated on the website. No response from staff to messages sent.

Location. Towels changed daily.
1) Lack of support. They never replied my emails and the available phone doesn’t work. They encourage you to make the digital card for the room but didn’t mention that it doesn’t work to open the hotel door. Then you have to cancel your digital key and do it again in there to have the hotel door opened.
2) You have to use a squeegee after you shower because the water simply won’t go down.
3) Dusty room.

The bed, the linen and the cable tv
Nobody to help in the front desk

the location was close to the city center. The check in and check out were fast (they are fully digital, no staff participates in it). I was booking it quite late, so it was one of few options available
the room was way too small. For a 100 EUR per night slept in ~5 square meters. The bathroom was tiny, I hit my head and my shoulder against a shelf a few times trying to shower. The shower itself was connected to the same water source as the sink and there was barely any pressure. The bathroom was so small, there wasn't enough space for the shower cabin. There just was a drain in the floor, so after using the shower the toilet would be all wet since it's less than a meter away from it.

Extremely basic and area was not great.
Noisy, basic, no fan, too warm and when you open windows it was too noisy.

Location.
Everything. The rooms were dusty and had spiders, as well as thin walls. Very noisy and depressing. The bathroom was disgusting. Very confusing system, asking me to download one app, and then when I arrive I’m supposed to download another app. But neither of them work, so I waited for 20 min to get in by someone else opening.

It had everything that I needed out of a hotel.
The bed was fine, everything worked, nothing was dirty, the window curtains were able to block the sun, and it wasn't too noisy. I would not mind having to sleep here again.
This hotel feels like it did everything it could get away with to cut costs, to the point that it doesn't have a reception and that you need to share your one person bathroom / shower with the entire floor. Expect the bare minimum.
This all made it too expensive for the experience that it offered.

Clean, good location, comfortable room
2.0 / 10.0
The hotel is well located, 10 minutes from the central station, with spacious rooms.
Customer service was unhelpful and some staff were unpleasant. I had to call several times at my own expense since there was no phone in the room — only to be told the issue would take 24 hours to fix, but nothing was ever resolved. I also wrote to customer service and never received a reply.
The room was not clean: stained towels and bedding, worn-out curtains, dusty minibar area, and both bedside lamps didn’t work. There was no price list or minibar inventory. On the second day, I found hair in the shower, used shampoo and shower gel, and a half-full bottle of water in the minibar. This raised serious concerns about cleanliness

Excellent location.
The bathroom is actually just a walk in shower with toilet bowl and washbasin which get all wet when you shower.

Location was nice, and kind of cheap relative to other properties.
Sink water was only cold, shower and toilet are in the same area, no ac, loud neighbors, and no elevator

Decent location. Housekeeper was friendly.
Took 40 minutes to even get to checked in and having to phone 10 times in a row because the app wasn't showing my room as ready yet. Bathroom was a mess. Walls so thin, could hear everything.

There was loud neighbours at from 23 untill 1 am. Just disrespectful of the loud persons. They were in room 207.

The location of the hotel was excellent
The rooms were small and not cleaned during the period of my stay, only a fresh towel was provided daily.

location was excellent and beds were very comfortable, loved the carpet and TV was big and channels excellent
no lift but not your fault
10.0 / 10.0
Everything about the place was ok, location was great, staff were good, facilities excellent and it was super clean. Restaurants were many and varied around and the option to pay at property was an additional perk.
No lift but the property mentioned that. They can do better with a concierge service to help guest go up to their rooms. The current practice of letting guest find their way up to their rooms is not the best.

The staff was super friendly. The hotel is right in the center of Copenhagen. The hotel is super cheap. Best for solo travelers like me.
The bed was uncomfortable. The toilet was not clean enough. There was no mirror in the room (only in the bathroom). The hotel does not have a lift.

Really nice staff, the room had a nice and cozy design, bathroom had a big shower for a danish standards.
5.0 / 10.0
The beds were really comfortable, the space was really good. The hotel staff were really nice, and the location could not be better
The bathroom was really annoying because it was so little, that even you didn't have space for the toilet and the shower, so when you took a bath, you had to clean the whole bathroom just because it will always be flooded cause there was no separation from the shower. In other hand the first floor was the 4th floor, no elevator it was always terrible have to go up 4 floors
6.0 / 10.0
The staff is incredibly lovely and the location is practical.
The bathroom, the shower is not a separate item, so if you you shower you wet the whole bathroom floor. It was a bit smelly and with some mold as well.
There is a club downstairs that you can hear at night and you can hear between rooms / the corridor a lot.
No elevator

Location and very nice staff. Comfortable bed.
It was 5th floor with very hard staircase. Cleaning: linen was good, floor was not clean. Shower did not work good.
9.0 / 10.0
The room was clean, visually pleasing and functional. The location was conveniently near the Central Station and a 10 minute walk from the main square. The shower room was clean and the towel was replaced every day. I was warm at night and the TV set was good quality. I had a view of the street from the window. The staff were friendly.
I didn't discover how to lower the window blind so I turned the light off when I needed privacy. There was a potential for mould to build up in the shower cubicle although this wasn't yet an issue. I had to take my toiletries off the shelf to prevent them from getting wet when showering.
