    First time to Denmark. This hotel is very near to city center, 3 stops away from Copenhagen Central station and convenient to travel around the city with access to multiple metro lines. Toilet in the Standard Twin room is small. There is no standing area for shower, rather, a mini bath tub that is high for Asians to climb into for showering.

    Hotel is right at the Fredriksberg metro where M1, M2, M3 lines are connected. The property is big, rooms are small but good enough. Staff at the reception is extremely good. They make things easier for any query. We visited during the hottest time of the year, cooling was not sufficient in the room but they arranged for a fan immediately. Breakfast was great. Perfect for tourists visiting CPH.

    The hotel is in a great location for local facilities and access to the metro to get where you need to be. The hotel is a huge center with bar, restaurant and function suite - with basslines playing late into the night. Despite its price, its pretty basic, with not even a kettle in the room (although hot water available in the reception), but the big problem was hairs (!), we noticed lots of hairs on the carpet and chairs and so asked for this to be hoovered, which it was, but then we also noticed hairs on the pillow and sheets - we asked for those to be changed - they were, with new bedding complete with more hairs......having picked off as many hairs as we could find, we then declined to have the bedding changed for the rest of our stay. Reception staff were very apologetic, but it just shouldn't be that way.
