Cosy hotel in a beautifull area of Copenhagen. Great breakfast. Helpfull staff. Rooftop terrace with a splendid view.

The bathroom is somewhat small.

The room was very small but I was traveling alone so it worked perfectly. The location of the hotel was perfect - away from the "tourist" part of the City, however, the canals, Tivoli Gardens were only a 20 minute walk and there are shops, restaurants along the way. Also, the Metro is super simple to utilize and there is a stop about 2 blocks away. The hotel is located on a very pretty street as well. Finally - Elona (sp?) was amazing during my stay. Elona recommended places to visit and restaurants and was kind, thoughtful and funny! And I had some "issues" - key card didn't work, hair dryer stopped working - nothing serious obviously, and Elona made it all work out easily. HUGE thank you!

Little Mermaid was too little...other wise it was all good!

This is a very good hotel for a stay centering on Copenhagen - 15 minutes' walk to the Central train station and town hall, from where you can easily travel to all the places you'd want to visit in the city and beyond. The welcome on check-in from a young Indian woman was warm and helpful with excellent English. We paid extra for a room with a settee - worthwhile if you can afford it and plan to walk a lot, as it was very comfortable. Our room was on the side of the hotel away from the main road and looked out onto the courtyard neighbouring local residential apartments. At night it was completely silent outside The only noise was from other hotel guests in nearby rooms. This was infrequent, didn't last long and wasn't loud. This hotel markets itself as a boutique-style hotel, so the decor of the room was Danish-style chic - sparse, functional, well-made. Enough power points for charging devices, table and bed lights as well as a floor light and dimmable ceiling light (flick the on/off switch at night to have bulbs completely off). No air-conditioning in our room, but a central heating radiator for Winter and 3 windows to open for fresh air. Curtains give good blackout. Pleased to see the bin is separated for food, paper and recyclable plastics. Galley-style wetroom is functional and clean, but small. Breakfast is in the basement, which the lift doesn't extend to - deep steps to get from reception or front door to it. Food is a good quality European selection. Cereals limited - e.g. oats, chocolate-covered rice and corn flakes. Choice of brown, rye and white pre-slice bread and brown rolls plus a selection of pastries. Cheese and ham selection too. Natural and flavoured yoghurt. Salads including couscous and bell peppers, cucumber and tomatoes. Fresh fruit too. Coffee and selection of teas, plus orange and apple juice. A self-clearing system operates.

Tiny ensuite bathroom. Credit/debit card charge for non-EU cards.

The location is excellent, in one of the best city of Copenhagen, Easy check-in and excellent communication for a rather late arrival Our room was on the 4th floor with a nice view and has been very quiet inside and outside allowing to sleep with open windows Breakfast was of a very good quality. Everything was there but it was the same throughout our 4 nights

Cleaning of the room was unsufficient, especially the bathroom that was not properly cleaned everyday No hotel amenities. Shower gel of a rather basic quality Sheets, duvet (individual for a king size bed !!) and mattress could be of a better standard

Nice area, Frederiksbergallee close to Metro and the famous Vearnedamsvej with nice bars, restaurants and a really good coffee and breakfast spot.

It is a nice old house but the rooms a very small and walls are very thin.

Very quiet and well Located outside of the busier areas but easy to walk into the centre and access to metro up the street

No coffee or tea making facilities at all made mornings a little less relaxing

The location

I explicitly asked for a quiet room, and the windows opened to the inner court, where construction was taking place in the next building. When you're there for seven days, it gets to you. Also, the room was small for two adults.

We really enjoyed our bedrooms (Bed was very comfortable) and thought our view at the front was great. The layout of the family suite was very good with a shared hallway with the 2nd bedroom which had its own en-suite and suited our 18 son perfectly. Staff were very helpful and considerate (Simona, took her time when we arrived to make sure we were looked after) Location of hotel was excellent and thought the phone link to open the doors was very handy.

One thing only, our bathroom did not match the excellent standard of our bedroom, it was clean but old and is obviously soon on the list for an upgrade/refurbishment.

Did not have breakfast there. I was visiting family.

Everything was fine.

Bed was very comfortable, and bedding was very clean and of a decent quality. Room view onto internal courtyard was nice and the room was generally quiet overall. Roof terrace was a lovely spot to watch the sunset. Location of the hotel was ideal - close enough to lots of good places to eat and drink + transport connections whilst being in a quiet peaceful spot.

Bathroom was basic and cramped - door could not be open when using the bathroom due to configuration of the amenities, and there were occasional noises from the drains and toilet throughout the night that sounded like something might come up the drains. Towels could have been larger and better quality. Despite the radiator being switched off in the bedroom, there was a hot water pipe next to it that made the room very warm throughout the night (as if heating was on).

Hotel is on excellent location, bed is comfortable and room was very clean. I was glad I book this hotel.

Only remark - it was too hot in my room, I slept with the window opened.

The hotel was in an art deco styled town house and had a lovely atmosphere when you walked in. The room was small but the bed was very comfortable and the room itself was clean. The area around the hotel was very nice and there was a lovely, little café on the other side of the street which was very popular.The breakfast was yummy - the scrolls in particular were delicious. On the first day, the bathroom had a sewer smell to it which was quite off-putting however on the second day, it was gone.

It was in a nice quiet location slightly away from the centre of the city but within easy walking distance and with lots of restaurants and cafes within a short walking distance. The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable king sized bed. There was also a sofa in the room and a table with 2 chairs, perfect for a pre dinner drink. Breakfast had everything we could want, and was replenished often at each sitting.

The only thing, and it’s a small thing is that the rooftop bar is still closed until May, and it would have been nice to have been informed about this before our trip.

The breakfast was more than enough, actually was really good. The stuff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were cozy and clean. Good location, easy transport to center either by bus or metro.

Nice fresh continental breakfast.

The loveliest , quiet hotel situated right in the heart of Copenhagen. Quiet, extremely clean, the sauna on the roof with the stunning view, fantastic staff… a perfect stay!!

A kettle in the room would be nice!

Extremely small and cramped rooms and bathroom very basic without anywhere to put down toiletries. No sound isolation between rooms

The hotel room was spacious with a sofa and a coffee table, the interior was minimalistic scandinavian and very beautiful, the room and the bed was very comfortable, the location is perfect: just 10-15 min to Copenhagen city centre by foot or 5 min by metro in an old neighbourhood of beautiful Frederiksberg allee.

There there a little smell of the sewer in the bathroom which is because of an old building I guess.

A lovely hotel is a beautiful part of the city. A big room, nice and quiet with a superb buffet breakfast and lovely staff.

the location is good

it was noisy, the toilet needs repair (water leaking for an hour after flushing down during the night), construction noises early in the morning, narrow corridor on the first floor. dirt spot on my bed sheet.

Great location close to the city center. Bathroom seemed very clean.
