Bed was comfy. Room was spacious.
Cleaning services could be better. Often forgot to replace coffee cups. For a deluxe double it was no greater than the normal double.

The hotel presents well, clean and welcoming. The staff were extremely kind in allowing me to check in a few hours early. Breakfast is not particularly varied, but it is certainly adequate, offering both sweet and savoury options.
Unfortunately, the bathroom had several issues. In particular, the shower drain was not functioning properly, causing water to accumulate throughout the bathroom, also due to the fact that the shower is not separated from the rest of the space. In addition, the sink drain was leaking.
Room cleaning during my stay was non-existent. They did not even replace a dirty glass that had been used, and the room was never vacuumed despite placing the cleaning request sign outside.

The hotel was located around a variety of shops and restaurants/cafes which was really convenient, yet surprisingly very quiet in the room considering the standard noise pollution outside. The bed, pillows and duvet were so comfortable we had an excellent sleep every night, you could really tell they have a great attention to detail in this aspect and definitely didn’t cheap out. The hotel is lovely and modern with a relaxing and homely vibe and super clean throughout.
The only slightly negative opinion I have, is that the towels did smell quite strong of white vinegar (I know this is a good thing as it’s telling that they are washed and disinfected correctly - it’s just the smell was a little off putting when getting out of the shower smelling nice and clean)

The location
I explicitly asked for a quiet room, and the windows opened to the inner court, where construction was taking place in the next building. When you're there for seven days, it gets to you. Also, the room was small for two adults.
