Amazing location, amazing lobby! I loved loved the design of the hotel and there's a cool breakfast place right behind it. Lost of room to unwind and work in the lobby and outside on the couches. Just lovely

No slippers! Hated that, unhygienic. Had to buy my own, regretted not taking ones from my previous hotel. Cleaning once in 3 days but you can ask for more often. The staff at reception are not that pleasant. Pity in such a cool hotel - and I stayed for five days never wanted to interact with them unless I absolutely had to. Mean vibes(

great hotel set close to but far enough away from the main tourist parts of the city so very peaceful and plenty of open space to wander about. lovely room with view across the water to the opera house. great breakfast and really friendly staff

The staff were lovely. The hotel was for the most part, very clean. I loved sitting by the reception fire pit.

Unfortunately, I think we got unlucky with our stay. Our toilet seemed to have some sort of blockage, that meant every time we came back to our room, well...it smelled...bad. We also would strongly recommend changing floors if you happen to be on floor 7 on the weekend. There is a bar above your room that runs loud music until about 2am, which the hotel staff couldn't do anything about despite multiple phone calls. On the topic of the bar above, it's actually a really nice bar!
