Excellent location, close to the station. My plane landed at 1815, and I was in my room by 19:00 and in the restaurant next door by 19:15. I then had a five minute walk back to the station the following morning to catch my train to Aarhus.

Nothing to dislike. An accessible plug close to the bed would have been nice, but that's all I can think of to fill in this box.

Small room, good breakfast, great location, superb staff services.

Location is good, 5min walking distance to the Copenhagen Central Station but not facing the main road gives some tranquility to the stay. Near to a few famous restaurants and eateries which is convenient to look for food, Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They were able to cater to my needs to depart from hotel early by providing packed breakfast which is perfect for my travel. Breakfast in the hotel has many great options, love the pancake station where I could make my own pancake as my liking.

Room is rather small for 2 persons stay. Bed is a little too soft and as a 50kg person, I could feel that I was sinking into the spring mattress. It is alright for short weekend stay, but not recommended if you would like to stay long for work unless you request for a bigger room.

The usual fabulous service.

Have been coming here since 1990 and this year rented 4 rooms a brought all the family. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else while in Copenhagen. The standards have all been maintained over all the years.

Everything and everyone in the Hebron was perfect. You cannot improve on that.

Friendly staff, large room & good breakfast

Beds were comfy and they provided an extra bed & cot so we could fit our family comfortably. The room was a good size and bathrooms were clean. Close to train station and Tivoli gardens. Staff were very friendly and provided us a to-go breakfast on the day we left as we had an early flight. The buffet breakfast we had the previous morning was not a huge selection but quite delicious and had a decent gluten free selection as well. There's a courtyard and comfortable lounge area in the hotel as well.

The carpet was dirty and the street outside was not the nicest. But the beds & bathrooms were clean which was more important but would've been nice to get some slippers. The price is quite high for what you get, but it is Copenhagen so to be expected I gues. Overall a good experience.

Close to the central railway station. The room was small but adequate for a couple of nights. The breakfasts were very nice. The staff were excellent! They were very helpful.

Really strong winds ripped an awning off it's supports at a nearby restaurant. It clattered and banged all afternoon and ALL night! Nothing the hotel could do about it - I just needed to vent 😤

Pleasant hotel close to the main train station

Great hotel close to the main train station (you can walk from there). It had a pleasant character, nice inner garden, helpful staff. Breakfast was great, although guests were warned that it can get crowded in the later hours. I went early and left when the crowds arrived and had no problems. I loved the special cheese slicer and the great variety of vegetables. Perfectly suitable for vegetarians. Would book again without hesitation. Great location too. And silent. Copenhagen is silent in general, but this hotel is just far enough from the train station to be really quiet. The bed was of good quality too.

Nothing. A striptease bar is right next to the hotel, but heard or seen nothing disturbing.

Extremely average facilities

The room was somewhat makeshift. The bed was extremely low. Tea making tray had to be moved across the room to find an electrical socket for the kettle. It was also only good for the first night, as no tea bags were replaced for the remainder of the stay. The toilet paper holder was barely within reach of the toilet basin. Our room had not been cleaned by mid-afternoon. When asking for cleaning at reception, we were told that we were "Lucky". The cleaning staff was just about to leave but would clean our room. Since when has room cleaning services been a question of luck? The room was poorly cleaned e.g., trash not removed, beds rather shoddily thrown together. Breakfast was spoilt by the fact that there was no coffee machine offering a choice of coffee. Only filter coffee from a large dispenser was available. This is not 2025 standard.

Very Good Location & Comfortable Stay

Cozy hotel with well-decorated rooms, very comfortable beds, and a spacious bathroom; we enjoyed a great breakfast and were pleased with the location, which is easy to walk to and access attractions in Copenhagen and also close to public transport (it's just a few minutes from the train station); We needed a late check out and they allowed to stay by only paying the extra 3 hours;

The room size is not ideal for a family; it feels small. Additionally, the hotel is located right next to a nightclub for adults, making it an unpleasant experience to walk past it with the kids every day.

First of all the staff was very helpful especially Alexander was a great help for us. The hotel was very close to train station which is a big plus for us. Great hotel in central Copenhagen.

Nice welcome at check-in and they let us get into our room early. The room was nice although a little small. Nice bright bathroom with a good shower and opening windows. Central location less than 5 minutes walk from main central station. Fabulous buffet breakfast.

A bit more expensive than we usually pay for a room but it seems that hotel prices generally are quite high in Copenhagen.

Beautiful property with very comfortable rooms.

Beautiful room ! Accomodation is beautiful, well appointed and very very comfortable. Unfortunately our 2 night stay was reduced to a 12 hour stay due to airline issues, however the staff kindly allowed us to have a late checkout so we could at least spend a small amount of time enjoying our room. Bedding and bathroom facilities were fantastic!

A disaster. The worst value for money of any hotel I ever stayed (and I travel a lot).

The location is very central. Friendly staff.

My room was the size of a prison cell and had no air con - on one of the hottest days of the year. Impossible to find some sleep. Also because the bed was tiny (they put a children's bed into the room; a normally sized bed would not have fit into the room).

The wrong room.

A nice central but quiet location . A nice spacious hotel A good buffet breakfast. Reception staff always available and helpful

Booked a twin bed, got a double. Had to stay in the double for the first night of a 3 night stay. The hotel reception said they hadn't received the twin room information. The room we paid for was a superior twin. The coffee maker is a kettle Any toiletries, slippers, robe etc apart from fixed to the bathroom wall liquid soap dispensers had to be requested. We didn't bother as we had already spent time sorting out the change of room.
