Location was central and easy to get to the train station.

Rooms were cramped and mouldy/dusty! When we arrived the toilet was also blocked.

The hotel’s central location is good, the breakfast is quite standard. The room conditions were poor

Firstly, We were in the 3 people-bed room, it is so small, furniture is too old and dirty. There is no enough for clothes and coats. Heating did not worked any. Then room changed at night time. Reception official was friendly and help us for that situation. In additon, there is no phone in the rooms to reach reseption.

Needs a refresh and rethink.

The location was pretty good and central for tourists allowing shopping and attractions to be reached on foot. It can be noisy outside but that's because it's so central.

This hotel is very tired and in need of a refresh. Paid for two double rooms near eachother. My son was allocated wrong room to begin with (a single) but that error was soon corrected. On checkout nobody asked if we had enjoyed the stay. If I had wanted to work, the chair was too low for the desk. The furniture in room somewhat battered and outdated. Corridors stacked with linen. Breakfast a bit average. Lardons instead of nice bacon (in Denmark).

bathrooms on the top floor, very small- and some have the toilet in the shower area that gets everything very wet. Rooms were very small on top floor and so needed to be more streamlined. No problem with a small room- just with a very large table it used up space to move around comfortably

The hotel is in a very good location. The room was quiet, the environment were pleasant.

The breakfast was very varied and delicious. The first time I couldn't immediately find my way around where the breakfast offerings were, because I entered from the side where the gluten-free breakfast, etc. were served.

Not worth your money, don’t stay here

Central location

Dirty towels and noisy rooms. Can’t believe they charge 200 dollars for this. Don’t get the rooms next to the elevator, there will be nonstop noise throughout the night and they can’t even bother to change towels after guests so good luck finding a clean one after shower

City break in Copenhagen

A perfect base for exploring Copenhagen! Literally just five minutes from the railway station and the town centre. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet, quiet and decent room.

The room could have done with a lick of paint, especially the ceiling and the upper parts of the walls... but this is really a minor detail.

We enjoyed exploring Copenhagen on our bikes we hired!

We got a very small room allocation at first, but staff were quick to rectify the problem and we got upgraded and were happy.

No thrills hotel in central location

The staff were all very friendly and they had no problem providing us with two travel cots for our baby twins. Breakfast had a good selection and the hotel is in a very convenient location.

The room was unbearably warm even without the radiators on. Our babies found it quite difficult to sleep because of the temperature. The beds could do with replacing as every time you turned over, they’re so noisy so would wake you up!

Hyggelig personified!!

Location, easy to walk to some sites and take the train to others. Bed was very comfortable and the decor was modern and uncluttered. Buffet breakfast was the best I have experienced recently. Fresh, lots of healthy variety, beautiful presentation. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room was small, and all the noises from the traffic outside kept me awake during the night. Breakfast caterded to food allergies which was nice. Location was okay, it was close to train and metro stations.

A great place to stay on a modest budget in Copenhagen

Very central location making it easy to explore the city. Breakfast included was definitely value for money and included a wide variety of decent quality hot and cold food. Room was as expected.
