Breakfast room lovely and plenty of variety. Staff polite and helpful. Location central and excellent.

Great location, staff are very friendly, loads of choice at breakfast, rooms are very comfy and lots of seating in the reception area to relax.

Not sure if the check in time for breakfast works as there were always people looking for seats. Maybe make more people aware they need to choose their breakfast time.

Breakfast was very good!! Beds comfy- and our room was on a quiet courtyard so it was lovely. The ONLY two things that are needed: a fan or more air circulation (cooling) in the rooms in summer. There just isn't enough air moving. The second thing that was confusing was the layout of the hotel and going through a labyrinth to get to our room.. When you are elderly, it's very tiring to be dragging your suitcases down long, long corridors to get to your room. Otherwise, it was a very nice accomodation and we were very happy with the breakfast! :))

I answered above what we felt could be improved upon. Provide fans for clients who need to have air moving and cooling down as the "air cooling" system that the hotel has is far from efficient to cool the rooms and make them less stuffy. The air was hot and stagnant in the room. A floor fan would have helped a lot!

The beds were very comfortable and location was great for the city centre.

Rooms too small for the price, shower doors don’t close meaning floor got wet every shower. Nowhere to unpack clothes, no facilities in room and no cleaning of room (every 4th day)
