Ok but a bit pricey for the services they offer

Room were spacious enough

For three days the bin wasn’t emptied and it is a small one. There should be a way to compromise the absence of room service and maintain cleanliness.

Good for location and maybe a short stay but any longer than a night is a challenge.

The beds were very comfortable and location was great for the city centre.

Rooms too small for the price, shower doors don’t close meaning floor got wet every shower. Nowhere to unpack clothes, no facilities in room and no cleaning of room (every 4th day)

Fantastic location and trendy hotel

Fantastic location - this is the place to be. The lobby is great and the bar is a good place to chill. Also the restaurant area is very nice! Room is comfortable and we were upgraded.

I miss my bed being made. I understand no cleaning for 4 days but I wish they at least made the bed.

Very basic room with no amenities

Central location as it was a 5 minute walk from train station

Rooms not serviced daily( every 4 days) so room was becoming dirty. Rubbish bin placed outside door when full as per instructions but it was there overfilling for over a day and half so had to take to a bin outside hotel ourselves. TV faulty and kept loosing signal. No tea or coffee making facilities so ended up walking to get takeaway one outside hotel. Staff trying to upsell extras at hotel.

Highly recommended as a solo traveller not needing all the frills and glitz of other places, with excellent service.

From greeting at reception through to check out, all staff were so friendly and welcoming no matter the time of day or the questions. Room was very good, clean and comfortable. Breakfast offerings were substantial and of good quality. Coffee and drinks in the reception area were most useful as a solo traveller, giving me a communal space of an evening before dinner. Excellent choice of a place to stay in Copenhagen.

Very good location. The breakfast is good with many options. The hotel has a fitness room. The room has a locker, which is quite useful.

We had a room for three. The third bed was a sofa. In open state there was no room left for a table or a chair, so we had to sit on beds, which is ok if you are in the room only when sleeping.

Budget hotel might suit some, just not for me

Bed was very comfortable. Hotel was close to the central train station. Staff were nice and very helpful.

Stayed for 4 nights and no room service as this is their policy. Ran out of toilet paper and needed to go looking for more a couple of times. Same with fresh towels. No telephone to call reception doesn’t help. Breakfast wasn’t the best either. Also, I don’t like bath showers.

Amazing budget hotel that’s close to everything!!!

Probably the best hotel we’ve stayed in Copenhagen! Room size is large enough compared to other hotels considering its just a standard size. Location is perfect, 5 minutes away from Kobenhavn Central station and to almost everywhere. Having Lidl literally next door was an added plus. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again next time.

Location is convenient, supermarket is right next door.

The twin bed is too small and soft. The toilet paper is very rough and no hair conditioner. Body wash is also used for shampoo. Breakfast buffet has the same food everyday.

Good location for exploring Copenhagen

The hotel had an excellent location near the city centre (Tivoli park, train and metro station in 5 min walking distance), friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, a good breakfast, and was well organized.

The bed was a bit too soft for us and found the room a bit too hot as we were there on few hot days that Copenhagen has per year, and the air con was not cool enough.

Breakfast: So many wonderful choices. Nordic hotels are famous for having fruit, vegetables, cheese, yogurts, and delicious breads, and this hotel was no exception. Location: walkable from the train station, and to Tivoli and other destinations Safety: key card necessary to use the elevator

Disappointed

A wide choice of breakfast foods

The check-in staff, in particular Albin, who did not greet on arrival or explain how to get to the room. I phoned ahead to request a quiet room as I had been travelling with zero sleep & just needed to sleep. He put me in the noisiest part of the hotel. I had to complain & be moved to another room with not as much as a sorry. TV did not seem to work. 4 trips down to the front desk to resolve it as no one picked up the phone and it didn’t get resolved. They didn’t seem to have a maintenance department to come and sort it out. I couldn’t bare the thought of staring at four walls all evening so I only stayed one night and left to stay somewhere else. Little tip for Albin on front desk. It wouldn’t hurt to smile or even look at the person you’re speaking to. When guests arrive tired just help them by directing them to how to get to their rooms

The location was excellent and very central. The staff were friendly and a great selection of beers at the bar. The room was clean beds were comfy and had all essential items included other than a kettle.

The room we were in was right next to the passage way door so on an evening you can here everyone coming in and out of the floor.

Overall loved my stay with breakfast and location

the staff at the hotel were very pleasant helpful and friendly, breakfast was superb, the lounge area also very comfortable and nice, room was nice however coffee in room is must these days, its ok if you are a member and get a coffee at the desk however waking up its nice to have it while getting ready for breakfast, pillows not comfortable, nice size room, location of hotel great with the Lidel next door to shop, rail station close.

Great location and breakfast!

The breakfast was amazing! Many healthy options. Great start of the day. I was there for work and you can get served at 6:30 which is ideal. It is very close to the central Train Station. Staff were friendly and competent. The room was big enough and the bed was comfortable and clean.

Excellent location Superb breakfast, many choices and lots of room. Staff very helpful and friendly. I liked the cleaning policy of the hotel, some do not, people do not need clean towels every day. There are bins around the hotel to recycle items if the room bins are full.

Good location.

Couldn’t change my reservation telling them a month in advance since there was a mistake in the app. After contacting them several times the response was the same: we won’t return your money. Paper thin walls where I could hear word by word my neighbors. I could even participate in the conversation. Ridiculous.

City center walk to everything

The hotel is well located, with underground parking and walking distance to everywhere. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. You have a bar at the entrance with drinks and food at any time. This is a big hotel, so be aware at breakfast time is a complete caos. The choices are extensive but there is no room for everyone. The should tell people to come in tiers instead it might be less stressful.

I have visited this hotel before, however because of their strict policies the hotel has I was not able to change my visit despite telling them months in advance and having booked an additional accommodation in the same hotel that was booked double by mistake. Terrible customer service. The location of the hotel is good. Breakfast okay.

The walls are paper thin and could hear word by word the conversations of my neighbors when they were just speaking at a normal tone.

The choice at breakfast was outstanding. Excellent value. The bar was a pleasant surprise and the staff were very friendly.
