Very peasant stuff, exchanged our two single rooms (one of those was smoking, while I booked 2 non-smoking rooms) to a family room (which was intended to be booked but was not suggested as an option by booking.com). The girl at the reception was very helpful, highly appreciated

The breakfast was good.
The hotel is old, it's OK to keep it old style. But the hotel was also worn out, and the bathroom in particular desperately needed replacing the silicone seams.

Nice touch to keep interior stuff from the past.
The room was quiet even though it was facing the train pit.
Good location nearby main train station, no need to carry around the luggage all over the town.
Cleaning of bath room, the tiles around sink and toilet were dirty.
No extra pillow in the room (but got from reception desk.
Coffee machine broke during breakfast, it can happen, but then staff must be quick informing about that and provide alternative, but guests had to inform each other about the disaster ...

Close to the centre of Copenhagen, the breakfast is fantastic and it’s ideal if you’re passing through and need a place to rest or explore the city.
The rooms were pretty noisy, although I did get some earplugs to help with that. The shower water runs hot and then cold and then hot which wasn’t the best, the room was bitterly cold and the radiator being turned up to the max it was still cold. However I was given an extra heater which helped
