Comfortable stay at Eric.

The location of this hotel is very central, walking distance to the train and metro station and supermarket. We took the metro to go everywhere. The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave/oven and utensils. We cooked our meals and it worked out well. It is a modern small 2 bedroom for 4 adults. I really like the small gesture of Eric, to give us a complimentary tote bag and chocolates.

The rooms are just enough to sleep and no space to put our luggage. The pillows were too soft for my liking.

Pretty much a perfect place for a nice, little getaway

Perfect location, just next to the train station. The apartment is new and modern, well equipped and clean. Comfy, big bed and super nice shower. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Nothing major. All that matters for a nice stay was perfect. The only little thing was heating that goes off without the card so it was a bit cold on the arrival but we got an electric heater.

Great apartment, unbeatable location

The location is unbeatable. Less than a minute from the metro, a few minutes to central station and a little further to Tivoli. Our apartment was a great size for two of us. Super clean and everything we needed. The reception staff were lovely and so helpful. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay

Easy check in after hours. Clean comfortable apartment. Convenience to central station and central Copenhagen. Staff were very helpful and answered all of our questions.

No information booklet for how to operate oven. Microwave / oven combination.

True value for money, danish style facility, clean spot, highly recommended.

Loved the combination of hotel and appartment: bigger rooms, great room layout. We came for 5 nights and used the cleaning services which were great addition. The fact that you have on prem reception, even for few hours, provide the needed assurance. Each of my emails sent to the property were replied very quickly. The place was clean spot. True gem for those who are traveling with a group different than a couple. I hesitate in respect with location safety as it’s next centr station but we travelled group of three women and I felt completely safe!

Location, from one side it’s less than a minute from the metro which was amazing, from the other side it’s little far from attractions. Beds: the beds are mattress on platform. High quality but for my 75 years old mom was somehow challenging.

Really added to my overall experience visiting Copenhagen for the first time!

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and even sent us a long list of places to visit in Copenhagen. The room was beautiful and the property was in the perfect spot, not even a block away from the subway. I would definitely stay here again!

I have no complaints other then just a little bit of difficulty using the key pad to get into the front building.

I just want to leave a review for Mariela at the front desk, who was exceptional! Her customer service alone made this stay excellent, as she was attentive, patient and helpful. The hotel itself was pleasant and I felt safe but Mariela made it exceed all of my expectations. We will always recommend Eric Vokel to our friends and family, thanks to her. Thank you!

Great location in a really interesting neighbourhood. Friendly and helpful staff.

The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. We had just arrived after a 24 hour flight from Sydney and she rearranged the rooms so that we could check in early. This was much appreciated. She also suggested a great place for breakfast, while we waited for the apartment. The apartment was quiet and comfortable and there was a lift.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. That is the only criticism.

As we were travelling with children, it was great to have a kitchenette and washer/dryer facilities. Staying here felt like a home away from a home. Location was convenient too - right next to a Metro station and the central station.

Not as comfortable as we would have liked.

The apartment was good and provided us the opportunity to catch up with our washing. Staff were helpful giving us advice on transport to the airport.

We stayed in room 53. As compared to other apartment stays which we have used in past travels the design and comfort of the bedroom and bed was terrible, the bed was closed in on three sides so the only way to get in and out was from the bottom of the bed, in the middle of the night this is not convenient or easy. Whoever designed this space did a terrible job and should have made space around the bed by moving the partition wall into the living room area. I reported that the double glazed windows did not close and let very cold air and noise in throughout the night, staff were unaware of this problem and said that they would get it fixed for future tenants. Wish we had known the train station was so close and convenient (we caught a taxi) , maybe a note in the instructions sent before arrival would help others. We did not like the Meatpacking district as it was dirty and full of graffiti, however this may suit other people.
