    Hotel was very close to Copenhagen central station and metro line which made getting around Copenhagen very easy. We were able to catch the train directly from the airport which was super convenient. Area around the is a little run down but we had no issues. Room was a clean, basic room but a little tight for our group of four adults. Breakfast was lovely especially sitting in the garden courtyard with a wide range of options. Just be aware that due to the age of the building the elevator will require you to still carry bags up 4-5 stairs and rooms do not have air conditioning which made the room uncomfortably warm after even in 24deg days. Overall a wonderfully located hotel with friendly, accomodating staff.

    Had a very pleasant stay at Ansgar last December. The room was spacious, compared to other similarly priced rooms in Copenhagen. It is conveniently located near the metro without being chaotic. The reception staff were also very helpful. Would highly recommend to others with young children.
