Location - very near to central railway station and central metro station . We took train from airport, its only 15mins ride but regretted it. First of all, is so confusing, on the platform you are not sure if the train is moving or is that the correct train. Everyone is confused on the platform and the moment the correct train comes, every one rushed in😓 suggest taking the metro, you need to change at Kongens Nytorv station to get to central station, but is clearly marked and on schedule, no confusion at all. Take the LIFT up to ground level, from lift turn left, few steps away, that’s the hotel on your left.
Cleanliness- acceptable. Twin rooms given 2 single bed as stated.
Facilities- bath gel/shampoo provided. Kettle with a rusted spout , paper cups. Shower no pressure at all. Toilet flush weak. No aircon but given a small fan, during my stay end September, weather was cooling so is manageable but cannot imagine if is summer. The hotel do have 🛗 but you will need to navigate about 10 steps of stairs to reach the lift. With a heavy luggage, is quite difficult.
Staff contact only during check in, did not feel welcome at all.
Neighbourhoods feel rowdy at night. Do not recommend to female solo travellers at all. Will I stay again, absolutely no, not even if they are the cheapest in town.
