Cosy. Felt very safe!

It is a very unique experience. I liked not having any staff there. The other people felt trustworthy. I didn't have a lock with me so I slept with my things in my pod which was slightly uncomfortable but I don't blame the hostel for this as they tell you to bring a lock for the lockers they provide.
I know some capsule hotels provide robes or shower shoes. This would be a nice thing to have if possible.

It is a small and cosy place, really great if you are searching for a very affordable price in Copenhagen. Unlike in regular hostels, capsule system offers some safety and privacy, even though all the guests were really chill and respectful people. The location is great, since it is situated very close to the city centre (really a walking distance). I was afraid that proximity to the train station will cause a tricky environment, but the neighborhood is really nice and calm. The bed is really comfy, and the capsules have a proper ventilation. The breakfast is included, even though it is pretty modest, it is still nice and fresh. Self check-in system works well and makes you really independent.
Even though I was happy with a self check in system overall, the digital locks really require some skill, so even though they are reliable and safe, it takes some time to open the doors. Toilet/shower zone is pretty small and can be not super clean (but still more than bearable!) in "rush hours", even though I understand that it's totally fine for this format of an accommodation. You cannot control the ventilation in the capsule, so even though I was pretty happy with the temperature/air, people may have other preferences.

Nothing to like at all
I promise i will tell the truth from A to Z. First of all i arrived at the Capsule hotel and tried checking in. First, there were absolutely no instructions and i hadn’t received the code to enter the property, the checking in instructions just didn’t make any sense. Seriously whoever came up with that list of checking should get fired cuz that was just mess, i was only able to access the property until a tourist staying in that capsule hotel was leaving and he opened the door for me after waiting outside for 10 mins. Secondly, my god i literally paid 700 Norwegian crones per night to enter a bathroom that smelled ATROCIOUSLY DISGUSTING, the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting and not cleaned at all, literally they weren’t even flushed that made me super uncomfortable. The showers were smelling super humid and literally like someone who hadn’t bathed in 10 years had took a shower and just left all his dirt in that shower, literally traumatising experience. Thirdly is the capsule itself, and ill try to be as nice as possible describing that disaster, first the sheets and the pillow didn’t smell clean AT ALL, second when u lock the capsule from the inside u literally barely getting any fresh air, they say they always are renewing the air while u inside the capsule but that is so not true, the first night of arriving i literally didn’t sleep the night because of how uncomfortable that capsule made me feel, it was so hot inside and just terrible hygiene overall, absolutely not recommended especially for that price i paid it wasn’t even disappointing experience, it was purely traumatising DISGUSTING experience.

I really enjoyed the entire accommodation — the capsule was very comfortable, and the mattress was just right. I especially liked that it was made of wood, which gave the whole capsule a pleasant wooden scent. The air circulation and temperature inside were perfect.
The common areas were clean and nicely furnished; I enjoyed spending time there as well. The restrooms and showers were also clean and had a very pleasant atmosphere.
My booking included breakfast, which had a Danish vibe — it was delicious and added to the great atmosphere.

Tasty breakfeast for free, but very little options (yoghurt, musli, no fresh bread). Very friendly staff at breakfeast. In general the experience in the cabin is good, there is a mirror and spacious picture, control over light, free earplugs, clean linens. Capsules themselves were clean, common area looked modern, boho vibes. Quick reply to e-mail with quesions. Glad there were lockers to leave the luggage (not just one big room) and I;m happy that staff wrote me before to bring own lock.
No division for female and male showers. Very cold capsules and no possibility to manage temperature. I could hear someone moving in the capsule above all night. In the offer, it was mentioned something about storage space inside the capsules, for bags, there wasn't any. Most people just kept their suitcases outside capsules at night, no lockers in the room, which was not safe. People didn't know to bring their lock. No staff in the evening, to open the door. Code to the door actually came only when I checked in on the big screen, when other guest let me in. Next day I met a person in the same situation, waiting at the outside door confused.

Good location. It’s easy to move to København H just by walking five minutes.
Bathroom is not enough sometimes.

I love how close it was from the central station and a lot of popular places. The staff is extremely kind and attentive.
The capsules are amazing, I loved the concept and the space.
There were some issues regarding cleanness but it had nothing to do with the place or the staff but with order guests.

Overall was a very pleasant experience
It was a clean and neat hotel
It was rather humid in the capsules

The ‚rooms‘ are visually private, yet you can hear everything from the people above/below you. Good location
It was rather noisy, I could hear the person below me moving, coughing, sighing, … the toilets were semi-clean

The staff on site (when they were present) were very friendly and helpful, the overall atmosphere felt very welcoming. I liked that the code locks in the rooms did not make any sounds when typing the codes. In the capsule hotels I've been in in the past the beeping noises from people unlocking their locks were very disruptive at night, so I appreciate that they were very quiet here. The capsules were fitted with a mirror which helped make them feel a bit larger. Clean and tidy.
The lockers to store your things require you to have your own padlock, which is not ideal. I also came back after a long day, very tired, to find out the power in my capsule was broken, light and plugs not working. I called the reception and they were very helpful in moving me to the capsule over. I thought that would be it, so I got ready to finally settle in, only to discover that the charging port in the new capsule was visibly damaged (the prong inside the USB a port was clearly missing) and not working. The reception couldn't help as there were no other free capsules. I needed my phone charged overnight, without it I couldn't have my alarm to get up for my train and could not purchase and hold my tickets. Because of that, I had to spend two hours waiting in the common area for my phone to charge up, by the time I finally could go to sleep I was exhausted. I got barely any rest as a result. It's understandable that if there aren't any more alternative capsules not much can be done, but the fact that not one, but two capsules were faulty shows lack of care, it felt terrible in that moment. Especially in the case of the charging port, which was visibly broken, no need to even test it (which would be understandably difficult to do after every stay). Besides an apology (appreciated but not very helpful) the property did nothing to rectify this situation, despite clearly failing to provide all the facilities included in booking description.

Really loved staying at the capsule hotel - I think it's great for a one-night stay. The capsules were super comfy, enough of space, ventilated. The shower and toilet room were clean and had everything needed. I also loved the common area. Check-in was done online, and I was also issued a passcode online, which was super convenient.
one of two toilets was clogged

Price and location.
Arrived late and had a problem logging in to the room. Had to purchase another room as there were no staff on sight. But all was resolved the next morning. Wished there were staff around even at night so have this in mind if you arrive late.

Individual "rooms" where you couldn't tell what time of day it was. Great for sleeping.
Wish I was a little more flexible when getting into my bed up the stairs.

Adjustable lighting, mirror in the capsule so it felt bigger. Good breakfast & facilities. I thought I might be hot in the capsule but the room is kept cold & the pod is well ventilated.
Locker was a bit narrow for my suitcase so I had to put it in the dorm.

The free breakfast was pretty good. The cafe area is cute. The location was pretty close to the Metro.
I'm a petite woman, and I found the capsules surprisingly small. A major issue was the lack of standard electrical plugs inside the capsules; you'll only find USB and USB-C ports. This means if you need to charge anything else, you'll have to rely on the single communal plug available in the room.
Storage space was also very limited. There's almost nowhere to keep your belongings unless they're inside your capsule or in a locker by the hostel entrance. It feels like they've crammed way too many capsules into one room, and having the lockers by the main entrance, where people are constantly coming and going, is really inconvenient for sorting your stuff. They also definitely need more showers.

Great location, size of capsule was bigger than expected , was comfortable

Nice clean, quiet and a decent location within walking distance of a lot and beside the train station.
Sleeping pods could be better. Need a plug socket not just usb slots. Expensive for what you actually get but it is Denmark so price is relative

The check in is super easy, the vibe is really nice
The guest staying is in the capsule on top of mine snored, and I could not sleep a minute. Also, in the room there are no lockers for your handbag, so I had to share the bed with my hand luggage, there are 2 toilets and 2 showers for a too large number of people.
I must confess that I am not a typical target for hostels. I was curious about the experience of living in a capsule so I booked. To be honest it was not too bad, but I was unlucky enough to have a snoring neighbor, as a result I could not sleep at all. So I would not recommend. As an hostel, is amazing!

Stay was great, such good value for money, bathroom v clean, and everyone was respectful of each other. Only stayed one night but would definitely return.

The vibe of the hostel is something other should stride for.
The cushions in common space were a little hard, but other than that, everything was great.

The hosts were so nice! The ambiance was great for a hostel also.
Outside could get slightly louder, but that was out of the control of the hostel.
8.0 / 10.0
The location is good, within walking distance from everything (for those who are willing to walk a lot).
The hostel is clean and has friendly and helpful staff.
The pod gives you a feeling of privacy.
The noise isolation of the rooms is not good enough, on the last night of my stay, a new group arrived at the hostel, and they were so noisy that they woke me up, although they were in another room.

You wake up to sweet music and a beautiful breakfast. It's an incredibly wholesome place. Everyone I've interacted with on the staff went out of their way to be kind.

For a hostel, it was quiet and attractive. The breakfast was amazing! Such delicious yoghurt and cheese. The location was also excellent - close to a great area full of shopping and places to eat. The bed 'cave' was good too - gave privacy and cosiness.
Maybe a bit more signage to ask people to be mindful and considerate when coming in and out of the dorm while people were sleeping. Also to go elsewhere if wanting to stay up late talking (loudly) in the common room.

I felt young again! It's just such a cool little hostel. Came to Copenhagen for the Marathon. There were other runners there. Relaxing ambience. Great breakfast. Hot shower. Lovely staff. Close to main station and the metro. What more do you need?

It was my first experience in hostels, and it was pretty good one! I enjoyed the interior as well as functionalism of the place - the location is convenient with only 6-7 minute walk to central station and museums around.
The breakfast was fine, not much things to choose from, but enough. The staff was extremely nice, special shout-out to Helena who made early mornings less unbearable and generally was always there to answer any questions :)
The place itself is pretty tiny, and while there are a lot of people, it is hard to go around, specially when every shower and sink are occupied. Plus, bedsheets didn’t feel particularly clean, with stains on the blanket. But overall, these drawbacks are completely overweighted by advantages!
