This is probably the coolest place I have stayed at while on vacation, it was very cold when we went but the hostel had so much to do and everyone was so nice. A train station was very close by which was nice.
The shower and sink drained very slow, and the mattress topper kept sliding off.

Outstanding hostel. Very comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Great location close to Tivoli gardens.

Good location, good room plan, even for such small area
road works around the hotel, some wear and tear in the room and not perfect cleanliness in the common areas.

The room was small, but cozy. It was cleaned and very nice. Check-in and check-out could be done through tablet, no need to talk to anyone. Anyway, the crew was nice and helpful when asking for an information. The building is interesting. Next time in Copenhagen we are definitely choosing Steel House.
The only thing was the water in the shower didn't drain well.

Perhaps the best hostel I stayed in! Comfortable bed, clean, good amenities, and interesting events.
Nothing. It was perfect!

Facilities in general and rooms are kept tidy and well maintained. The inside atmosphere was quiet and peaceful (don't know if that is so also during peak season). There was ample common space to sit and read, eat or work. Bed was clean and comfortable.
Rooms are extremely narrow and it's all a continuous dance to be able to open suitcases and retrieve stuff from them without hitting someone, hitting yourself on someone's open locker ooor with the door as it opens to welcome yet one more traveler (fortunately, all of my roomies were very sweet and respectful, and we had a good night's sleep). While location is really good (despite the very many construction crews and vehicles), it was a bummer to find out many of the facilities/services considered basic at other hostels were pay-to-use ones at this hostel (like luggage storage and use of the kitchen), despite the price of a bed being comparable to other places. I chose the hostel specifically because of its swimming pool, finding no info on booking.com or the subsequent mails received from the property that this service, too, had to be paid for in order to use it. I did pay for it and had a good experience, but it would have been great to know, from the get-go, about all the extra costs. My key got deactivated before check-out time, which resulted in my having to go back and forth from the reception and losing a good 15 minutes.

Good stay. Lots of amenities and events happening in the evenings in the hostel. Lively common areas! Pool, gym, sauna, kitchen access available at an additional cost which is generally reasonable. Friendly staff!
The 4 bed room was quite congested. No privacy curtains.

I've stayed in some nice hostels, but this one is next level! So many amenities that you some find at others.

The games and swimming pool are excellent when travelling with children. Especially when it’s torrential rain outside.
The rooms are a bit hot at night and the temp in the thermostat wouldn’t go any lower.

Great facilities, very clean and comfortable. Fun games, bonus to have the pool too.
Only had one small issue which was a blue light flashing in the room at night, which was hard to fall asleep with but only happened once.
8.0 / 10.0
The setup of the room and the amenities. Locker facility was a bonus.
The size of the room could have been a bit bigger.

Very nice and helpfull staff and easy to check in
A bit irritating that a loud concrete drilling sound started near our room at 8 in the morning :-( and that cleaning already knocked on door at 8:30 in the morning

Easy, streamlined organisation, clean rooms, great facilities and entertainment (although everything like darts, pool, ... costs extra)

It’s clean room, but very small. The place is a bit noisy. Location is a bit far from the central

Nice room that accommodated our party of 5 that was private.
A little noisy for about an hour after we arrived around 11:00 PM.

Use of kitchen, gym and pool were a bonus. Great location near centre. Beds were comfy.
Our four person room was tiny (not sure if we were unlucky or they're all like that.)

A small design mistake: the door of our bathroom is opaque, which during the night, let the bathroom lighting up the room and woke me up. There is nothing to do about it unfortunately

The location and activities in the hotel was super. We had a great time.
The room is so small and even we couldn't hang our clothes.

Good price for short overnight trips. The general common areas were nice to hangout
The check-in process was messy and crowded. First had to queue to counter to get reservation nr and then to the machine to self check-in. The person behind the counter refused to advise where to go and queue first, prioritised to serving beer to customers.
Rooms could have some benches for travelers who stay on higher beds to be able to place bags somewhere else that the floor when packing

Very good for sleeping
Was 3 min late with stored luggage pickup, being charged, despite staff saying it won't charge up to 15 min.

Convenient location once you got your bearings. Good value for money.
Due to a disability they were able to accommodate my needs eventually! But I wouldn't say the hotel was disability friendly.
Not so friendly staff on first arrival..maybe tired
As late night arrival.
Rooms were hot...no aircon....bathroom lights were annoying as you couldn't just turn them off..so at night kept you awake.

Nice common areas, clean rooms, pool, helpful staff.
Kitchen was a little dirty and chaotic, not enough fridges for such a big place. Beds don't have curtains, so take a sleep mask.

The location of the hostel is fantastic. It is 5 min away from the Central station and Tivoli Gardens. An 8-minute bike ride will take you to Rosenborg Castle and Christiansborg Palace. The place is very clean and it has multiple facilities such as an indoor pool, gym, a kitchen and common room with board games, arcades and billards that make longer stays very comfortable. The rooms are very clean and each bed has a personal locker for the luggage. You can also rent a bike from the hostel and use it as a transportation around the city. The staff is extremely helpful. The check-in and check-out was super fast and easy to do. The hostel offers personal luggage lockers before or after check-in/-out if you need a place to leave your bags.
The kitchen could have more places to sit and more ovens/stoves.

Everything about the stay was excellent. The dormitories are of high quality, and many services were provided alongside the hotel stay, such as towels (replaced every four days), shampoo/soap etc. I also used the gym facilities which were of expected quality, desk service 24/7 and many activities during the night to allow you to bond with fellow visitors. Satisfactory WiFi speed, and some desks in the lobby to allow people to work.
My only gripe is that upon my arrival, the floors were pretty dirty and remained so throughout my three-day stay. Also, this is a subjective nitpick, but for my bed, the soft pillow makes it harder for me to sleep as I prefer more solid pillows.

Gym, you have to pay extra.
Pool, you have to pay extra.

This hotel is something like a vertical campground. I liked the common spaces and the bike rental service, although the person renting them was not nice at all.
I think my 2 seconds decathlon tent is more comfortable than the room I slept in (for 100+EUR/night), which has super tiny spaces and small beds. Staff is unfriendly... as if they were making you a big favour every time you request any kind of service or help.
