The hotel is an extension of Absalon hotel, but the facilities were muvh better than expected. Only downside is the noise coming through from the outside door (not the walls). There is literally no insulation at all. Overall, great stay with comfy beds, great location and superior price/performance ratio

Booked through Agoda based on a room description that included a private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, and basic amenities. What I received was a completely different room with a shared bathroom and none of the listed features. Agoda eventually acknowledged the issue, but the hotel itself did nothing to resolve it or take responsibility.
The room was also smelly, with a clear dust/mold odor, which made the stay even more uncomfortable.
Another issue: luggage storage. The hotel directs you to their storage room actually managed by a third-party service:
• They do not clearly state there is an extra cost, even when asked about storage
• They do not mention it is a shared open storage, not a secure locker
• You only discover this after paying, and the hotel refuses to cancel or refund, pushing you to deal with the third party
First time I encounter something like this.
Overall: misleading setup, poor transparency, and no support when things go wrong. I would not stay here again.

Room was clean, shared bathroom & shower which may not be ideal for families. Good for budget travelers. Staff very helpful. Shared kitchen and dining area in basement. Breakfast okay, good variety.
