A zero service hotel- window towards the breakfast restaurant- so no way of getting fresh air into the room- no housekeeping “to safe the environment “ . They would do a light cleaning after four nights- would be ok, if at least it would be cheap-but no - it was quite pricey- I would not recommend this hotel.

Clean room with laminated floor, dust free, extra towels as good as to be expected from 3-star scandinavian hotel. Optimal location. Room located 3rd, silent block. Sufficient for 4 days business trip. No room service, customer range from all walks of life.

Bathroom was very small. No amenties in the room. No water, hot water maker, or coffee/tea maker. Not enough towels. Serves only after 4 days is insufficient. Room was hot regardless of AC setting.

Relatively small rooms. No closet. Only 5 coat hangers. No cleaning, exchanging of towels or adding toilet paper on our stay. We had to get that all from the lobby. Breakfast was ok, coffee not good. Bar area ok, but the selection left something to be desired. I dont think I will be staying here again. To expensive for what you are getting.

Good and well situated hotel. Walking distance to all places. On business trip I dont spend much time in the room so what is there is not the key, but it was a bit small and no chair or desk to put down the computer (only downside). But instead well priced compared to downtown CPH

This property was over priced and was just fine at best. Think of a Comfort Inn in the US. Nothing terrible. Nothing great. I take it back- the only redeeming thing about it was we were on the same floor 2 doors down from their very small laundry room so I was able to throw a load in $14 per load.

Money doesn’t go far in Copenhagen. It’s a very expensive city so you need to pay more in your budget for accommodation or you end up in an ordinary place. The bed was comfy but only 1 pillow, no hot water jug. Breakfast was good though. The room was not made up, nor were towels changed during our 3 day stay, to save water ( or to save labour costs) . We had to go down down down to reception to ask for towels.

Very close to Copenhagen Central Station and Tivoli! The hotel itself is nicely decorated and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was outstanding! Also the roof lounge area was very nice.

There is nothing comfortable about this cheapskate hotel! We stayed on a hot weekend and the air conditioning didn’t work. We had 2 uncomfortable, sweaty nights where we couldn’t sleep. The issue was reported and Maintenance came but we were told that it was an old building and it was to be expected! Also, the single beds were like sleeping on a washing line and housekeeping didn’t clean the rooms. Towels were covered in dirty black marks on arrival and had to be switched. One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at in recent times.
