Had 2 nights in Oslo before the cruise. Hotel location, cleanses & service staff are all up to standard & wonderful. Will certainly come back if ever visit Oslo again!

Recently converted to a Sheraton/Marriott from a Zleep Hotel. Staff were still trying to understand Marriott things. Luggage storage is via "Luggage Hero" which is an app which if you don't do it right will charge big bucks (*** to store a back for 4 hours). The very good front desk people were able to work with Luggage Hero to determine I was overcharged and I got a *** refund (but still outrageous!!!!)
