    Honestly, security was excellent. However, cleanliness was disappointing because of some guests using the facilities and not cleaning up after themselves. You often have to wait for the staff’s scheduled cleaning before the area is ready to use again. Suggestions for improvement: It would help to have staff monitor and clean shared areas more often to maintain cleanliness. Providing a kettle for guests who want warm water would also be a useful addition.

    Right beside the train station, information given just before checkin and easy to access. Would highly recommend for someone just to get in and out about town.

    Near to Copenhagen central station The hostel is clean, quiet and not smelly. Outside there is 7/11, Japanese ramen and many more.

    overall the bedding was comfy. It wasnt our first so we wasnt quite prepared or dont know what to expect but it turned out to be alright in the end. The capsule can feel abit stuffy and hot even in winter. So what i did was open the capsule door to let air in. Overall it was good.
