Very cute boutique hotel with friendly staff and amazing breakfast

Great location, friendly staff, cute room and amazing breakfast spread - who knew that homemade nutella existed in this world? I´m not even a breakfast person but I had breakfast every morning. They had gluten-free bread which made me happy. Amazing wine bar & restaurant across the street (LUN).

My room was very cold, (I visited in Nov) and I slept in my woolen clothes and ended up buying slippers as the floor was so cold, but I would still stay there again!

This is a cozy and well-decorated hotel located near Copenhagen Central Station and the city's main local attractions. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Hot water is available free of charge at the reception at any time, and a kettle can also be rented for a fee.

a mediocre hotel

The hotel's location was great. Everything was within walking distance. The two male employees at reception were extremely polite and friendly.

However, the rooms were so small that two people couldn't stand upright; one person had to get onto the bed. Half of the toilet was in the sink, like a baby chair, standing in front of the sink while in the bathroom. The double bed had two single duvets – actually, not even single, as they were children's duvets. Cleaning wasn't done unless we asked. Even then, it had to be requested by 9:00 AM at the latest. We only asked at 9:30 AM, so the rooms weren't cleaned. The woman at reception was very grumpy, as if she was working there under duress. We hesitated to ask her for anything. The rooms lacked amenities like a water heater, desk, and refrigerator.

Great location. Close to Tivoli Christmas markets abd Main part of town. Highlight was the staff. Very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast excellent variety. We thought hotel was a little expensive but the location in a capital city was worth it.

Fabulous hotel with super cozy rooms and comfortable beds in a good location

The room was very homely and I felt like I was in an apartment and not a hotel room, the bed was super comfy, I loved the wooden floor and bathroom fixtures and fittings were good quality, I like that there was a proper radiator and it was nice and warm with a window you could open if got too hot instead of an air conditioner unit. Fabulous location and the staff were very helpful and friendly

My only criticism would be that there was no kettle and I really missed my peppermint tea in the morning, I know I could’ve gone to reception to get one but I like to have my peppermint tea in bed whilst I read a book but apart from that everything great!

Brilliant hotel!

Friendly staff who couldn't do enough to help. The rooms were big, with a very comfy bed and a good shower too! It's in a great location, so will definitely be staying there again!

Excellent location, great rooms and amazing staff!

The Hotel is in a fantastic location. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. I didn't have breakfast during our stay, however, the selection looked good. The staff were absolutely amazing, I have stayed here twice and met lots of different staff members, and all of them have been fantastic. Very polite, cannot do enough to help you. I would highly recommend staying here, whether for business or a holiday.

The room lacked some essentials that I would be used to when staying in a hotel. There was no kettle in the room for tea. No bottled water in the room. There was no iron but there was a steamer for clothes but ours didn't seem to work.

It was good. It could have been better.

I liked a lot the location, it is very comfortable if you are travelling alone and have a short trip. The central station is close so you can easily hop off onto train to Malmo, as well as almost everything from the Copenhagen destinations are close.

It is okay not to leave toilet brush when there is a hygienic shower in the bathroom but unfortunately it wasn’t. No one came to tide up my room when I left but only the last day. Also the room was drastically different from the one the picture. I want administration to reconsider the reception location and move it to another street entrance, having an entrance with the view to the brothel and the street which smells like oriental cuisine is a bad decision especially when you can just move the reception to another street exit.

Lovely hotel but check if there is construction nearby as it is very noisy.

Lovely staff and super location. Everything was very clean and the outdoor seating is very nice. The room size was good.

The beds are sooo soft and the same with the pillows. It didn't make for a great sleep. Also it was very warm in the room so we had to have the windows open but there was constant banging/ construction all night so we were definitely not rested

I’d return there.

Excellent location near the main railway station. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble and the public rooms were nicely presented as if a series of sitting rooms. Open courtyards and the seating amenities were really useful.

The King size bed was almost too large for the room size.

Proximity to everything was great. We Only had breakfast the last morning and it was excellent though a little expensive. The staff were helpful.

Loved the location and it had a very comfortable bed and a nicely sized room.

The room felt overpriced and not very comfortable (harsh and not very cozy lighting situation, no place to put luggage, flooded bathroom when showering, room cleaning and tea kettle only available on request). Good value for money for the leisure traveler

Central location and down to earth vibe. The rooms was large and clean, and there was a decent gym with plenty of free weights.

Very modern, nice design, friendly staff, great breakfast. It was my mum's birthday and they helped me sort balloons in her room and made the weekend extra special for us!

The breakfast in this hotel is maybe the best hotel breakfast you will get, food cooked to perfection, really good quality ingredients compared to other hotels and a great selection of healthy options and choices, we were very impressed. Bathroom products and hairdryer good quality too. Room was extremely quiet and the hotel was very clean, warm and comfortable. Very good location and fairly priced.

The room we had was quiet small, maybe more hangers needed and the mattress was a little soft but these were only small considerations, overall we were very happy with our stay at Hotel Mayfair.

Relaxing and comfortable few days

The hotel was very clean with great staff. They were very attentive and helpful. Location is good and central and is around 15 minutes walk to the Christianborg Palace. The beds are extremely comfortable and being able to connect to the tv with Netflix on your phone is great.
