    Hyggelig hotell nært til buss, tog og like ved Tivoli. Gangavstand til Strøget. God frokost buffet. Behagelige senger, rent og fint, men behov for renovering av fuger i dusjen på badet.

    Location is good, but I find the sheets dirty, as in there were stains on the sheet, but not sure how long the stains hv been there. The staff were generally very helpful indeed, when they are not serving anyone, but when checking in at about 3+pm there's a long queue and as there's only 1 staff on that day (not sure if other days have more staff helping with the checking in?), thus everyone at the queue had to wait for quite some time.

    We stayed for 4 nights , the reception was kind enough to give us the corner room with balcony, that's great The cleaning policy is unreliable, they said that we must tell them to clean the night before. We do not tell them to clean on the first night , but they come cleaning on the second day, On the second day we did not tell them, but they knocked the door at 9 am for cleaning. The third day, we booked via the hotel app that can scan in the room to let them clean tomorrow , but they did not come. There is no phone in the room , then we have to walk to reception to ask for a new set of towel.
