Room was very small, bed was put in line with the wall, one has to climb from the bottom up to sleep. Room looked in need of maintenance. Towels were not white in colour! One has to jump into the Bath tub to shower! Wifi was not strong and many times didn’t connect, so had to use mobile data! We stayed for three nights and paid 320 pound plus without breakfast! Felt it was no value for money. Reception staff inexperienced! Not very helpful! Cleaning staff forgot to put coffee and tea sachets in the room! Tiny room, while moving few times our leg got hit on the single steel chair kept in the room! Horrible experience! We travel worldwide a lot and this was the worst experience !

We loved staying here. It was comfortable and roomy. We were able to open the windows for fresh air. It was clean and comfortable. There is no refrigerator which is the only problem to keep your drinks cold or leftovers but I would still rate it high. Thanks. We will definitely be back!

The room was functionally clean but could have been cleaner - eg I lifted the covers to check for bugs (I always do this) and under the top sheet was quite dusty and under the bed needed hoovering. But the breakfast was great, the staff great, loved the free table football, view of the lake was amazing. We didn't use the luggage storage but beware you have to pay for it.

The service was great at the hotel, very friendly even though we had to wait a while to check in. The room was okay, a bit tired looking and we could see a thick layer of dust behind the panelling by the window. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and that's all we really needed it for, so it served a purpose with a central location.

I stayed there for 4 nights. It’s okay for a 2 and a half stars and definitely had a nursing home feel. The facilities were lacking (no boxed tissues or bathroom floor mats, despite the shower curtain also being the wrong size for the space, making the bathroom extremely hazardous). Housekeeping was also lacklustre, leaving behind used mugs despite there being little else to clean.

The room was very small, curtain did not fit window, no charging points, not enough coffee provided, or sugar. The breakfast room was ok, but the food was not hot enough, the bacon had been reduced to the size of rabbit droppings, there was not much fresh fruit, coffee in flasks which meant it was cold unless you drank it in one go. We had stayed in Scandic hotels before, this one did not measure up.

This was our second time staying here and it was just as good as the first time. Everything is accessible by wheelchair. Comfortable room, friendly staff, great breakfast and good location. This time we had a car and the underground parking was very convenient. Although the entrance by car is a couple of blocks away, once you park there’s a lift that brings you right to the hotel entrance.
