    Amazing stay—from the staff and food to the location! We will definitely book here again when we return to Copenhagen :) Highly recommend, especially the amazing staff—shoutout to the Filipinas who made our stay even more warm and welcoming.

    My wife and I arrived early and requested an early check-in, which I was willing to pay for. When we got the keys and went up, someone was still in the room. We weren't offered another room, so we went out to explore the city while we waited. At the regular check-in time, we were given keys to the same room. This time it was empty, but it still hadn't been cleaned. We had to leave again and wait another hour before we could finally rest after a very long flight. Later, I asked for an extra pillow, and it arrived with food stains, so I didn't use it. The team did offer us complimentary breakfast for our stay, which I appreciated. However, after this series of problems, I would book a different place on my next visit to Copenhagen.
