Nice place for a short stay

The rooms were a good size and the kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom was quite large. Checking in went smoothly.

Parking is not easy. For us, only street parking was available, and it was difficult to find a park on a busy street. The "private bathroom" in the description would have been a shared bathroom if the second room had been occupied. Luckily for us, it was vacant the night we were there. We don't stay at places with shared bathrooms.

Wonderful - cozy, calm, convenient.

We had our own bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with coffee, tea, sugar, etc, as well as cups and utensils, with everything neat, clean and well marked. We appreciated the small touches like bottled water and biscuits. The owner is kind and let us check in when we arrived 1.5 hours before checkin. We could also leave our bags after checkout. The property is a 7 minute walk from the metro and the bakery along the way to the metro is good.

Perfect little place

It had everything we needed. So much attention to detail. We loved our stay. The owner’s have thought about everything. They were very quick to respond to any questions we had and resolved them quickly. Also it’s very close to the Bella Center where I had my conference in. I could take a bus or walk there. Close to the metro too to get to the city center. Something I was worried about before arrival was not having enough day light inside the apartment because it’s half below the ground. However, this was not a problem at all. There are windows in every room which brings a lot of day light in.

A quiet place in Copenhagen.

The accommodation is situated below the owners' house. It is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The metro was close by, so we were in the center of Copenhagen in no time. Our bedroom faced a busy street, but despite being a light sleeper, it didn't disturb me at all at night. For me, it's a great location.

Felt at home right from the start. Liked the little apartment feel it gave. Nice with water and snacks at arrival. Kitchen is well equipped and even has hot chocolate 😊 Hosts are very kind and helpful.

Rooms are not too sound proof but its just a small detail. I would stay here again even so!

Nice place to stay for families with a quick access to the center of Copenhagen

Nice place to stay and suitable for families travelling with a baby or toddler since a baby's bed and chair are available. The accommodation was super clean with free drinks provided (coffee, tea, hot chocolate...). Although the facility is directly located at a main road leading to the center of Copenhagen, it was never noisy. The center of Copenhagen can be reached in good time (depending on the traffic). Our host was super friendly and helped as with some copies we urgently needed in his private house. Thanks a lot again for that!

The only downside is the busy main road. (Free) parking is easy to find but you have to take care of the car and bicycle traffic when you get your stuff from your car to the accommodation, but apart from that everything was fine.

Sleep well before along flight

GH help me to store my luggages before check in. Location is in residential area peacefully a little bit far from metro station “ Sundby” it’s OK for me to stay here : big under ground room have bed room,bathroom,kitchen , pretty surroundings like I show on my pictures I could pack my belongings to big luggages on my last day in Denmark and sleep well before I took along time to go back home

Very pleasant and comfortable stay!

The rooms were very spacious and very homely. We felt very comfortable and it was very relaxing coming to our rooms. The house garden was very beautiful and we loved drinking our coffee in the garden. The host provided everything needed for cooking and eating - there was even coffee, tea, cocoa and more! The neighbourhood was also quiet and calm.

Pleasant

It is close to the subway station and you can reach to downtown by subway easily. Free parking on the street is available. There is a nice front yard on the house.

Firstly I didn't take any informative mail or message about the instructions from the owner. And I had to call and talk with them about the basic instructions for the accommodation. But it mustn't have been conducted in such an unprofessional way. Some guests may not have an available means to reach the owner by phone or internet and this would be very problematic for the visitors. Secondly, there are some discrepancies about the facility. At least I am confused on some issues. When I made my booking, I was pretty sure that this flat has a private kitchen and bathroom. Otherwise, I wouldn't make a booking since I don't prefer the shared ones. When I called the owner, she told me that "You can use both rooms since there are no other guests in the other room". I was surprised because I hadn't known till that time someone may book the other room. Because I thought that it was a flat and I had the right to use all flat privately. When I entered the home I saw room-1 and room-2 labels on the doors. Before I typed these comments, I rechecked the page of the facility on booking. I saw some confusing explanations for the same flat. For example, you can see that shared kitchen is stated on some part of the page even though private kitchen is stated on some other parts of the page. And if the kitchen of the flat is shared, how it would be possible that it has a private bathroom instead of a shared one. It seems that it is only one flat that has two different rooms for different guests as well as a shared bathroom and kitchen. Please ask the owner and make sure before your visit about the facility. Because I don't really understand some points about the facility.

Cosy and very family-friendly!

Kitchen was well equipped and the whole place was very clean! Came with great facilities for a toddler - cot was all set up when we arrived and there were baby high chairs and cutlery etc. Beds were really comfortable and overall, just felt at home! 5-8minute walk to a Metro station and straight into city centre!
