Great cheap place for a couple of days in Copenhagen

We was at the rear of the hotel on the first floor and it was very quiet,buffet style breakfast was ok for the price we paid for the room.Overall a good cheap room for visiting Copenhagen easy check in and parking was available at an ok price for the area.

Location was excellent. Breakfast was really good, everything was ready and included whatever you want. It's worth it. Clean sheets and towels. Bar was a good facilities in the hostel. some of the Staff were nice, kind and helpful.

Why didn't they accept cash? I could not understand it!!!! It should be explained to the guests about the rule of the room, ex: the time of being silent! allow to bring drink or food inside of room.

Good option for economic group stay. But not for guests who needs to cook their own meals.

The room is clean. Life music Friday evening was fantastic. Staff are in general friendly and helpful.

The shared guest kitchen is a locked up tiny space with very bad ventilation and no kitchen utensils (only available for borrow from reception with deposit money or ID) each time , overall not clean enough to feel comfortable to prepare your own meal. Would be better if wiping towels are provided for guests to clean up the space with their own initiative after use. The room during my stay is facing a parking area which is very noisy particularly due to midnight logistic/operational activities. If lights can be dimmed down during evenings it may bring more coziness in the lobby.

First time hostel experience

Strategic location, accessible to metro, bus, train, shops, parks. Helpful staff. Easy check in and check out. Their ham and cheese sandwich is really to our liking.

Some ceiling or wall paint is starting to peel off. No complimentary tea or coffee or water (but not really expecting this as this is not a hotel). Not soundproofed.

The beds were very uncomfortable and the bed linen was so thin we actually thought the bottom sheet was a mattress protector, the mattress itself had a large bulge running up the centre of it. The floor in the room was very dirty almost like it hadn't seen a mop in a month. The heating didn't work which wasn't great as it was quite cold in the room. Staff were really quite somber looking like they don't really enjoy their work, very minimal staffing levels so you'll wait a long time if you need something. Breakfast was extremely basic and only one coffee machine meant queuing was lengthy. Not good value for money, uncomfortable and dirty.

Great location, nice rooms not great for long stays

The rooms were clean, we even had bed linen and towel on Hand with no extra fees. It was darkened easily and enough space for 4 people. Location was great but we do recommend a city pass for public transport.

We didn't have any kind of closet or drawers which turned out to be a little difficult. The common kitchen was not well equipped and dirty. There is one stove to cook pasta etc but nothing else. There were seemingly some homeless people in the lobby who were asking for money and food. One if them even tried to steal my friends phone. This experience was not great obviously!

Belongings—frustrating and strange.

I liked the location

The breakfast was disappointing, but I didn’t want to complain. However, when I realized I had left our books in the room—I knew exactly where—I contacted them just one day later. Strangely, they said they couldn’t find them. The books weren’t expensive, but it’s odd that they just disappeared. Who took them?

Disgusting

Nice staffs.

Unfortunately this is one of the worst hostels I’ve experienced. I decided to leave this place in the middle of the night and was also partially refunded. People in the room smoke cigarettes and don’t respect their roommates. It happened twice. Once in room 36 - 2 persons were smoking just minutes after waking up. After this first complaint I was moved to room 35 and the same thing happened when in the middle of the night someone was smoking in the toilet. This can really cause suffocation issues for some people. Another guy in the room also requested to move to a different room but I decided not to stay in there any longer. This place must change its name to “The Smokers”. Seriously this place is NOT recommended for non-smokers. I have not seen any signs of “no smoking” in the building and the smoke detectors have been probably manipulated or covered with plastic as you will see in the photo. Overall - I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

Neither the TV nor the WiFi were FUNCTIONING. The room was barely clean and they hadn't even done two of the four beds, because as the manager informed us "it is common for A and O". The girl in the reception was helpful and kind but the manager that I asked to see was indifferent to our complaints. STAY AWAY

Definitely would be great to spend more time cleaning. In the bathroom there was shower corner with no curtain/door, so had to be very careful when showering. No place to leave your clothes, basically only in the suitcase.

We like the position, very close to the city center by bike and the common areas. The rental bike service is an add value and the staff is kind.

In the family room the bunk bed is not so confortable and the top bed is not easy to reach.

Not the best choice for me.

Huge hostel easy to book and cheap. Staff was nice, friendly and helpful.

Dirty kitchen with no ventilation and the room was smelly too with a dirty shower curtain and uncomfortable bed. They definitely could do much better considering the size and volume of travelers. Poor maintenance perhaps plus so busy a good room cleaning must be hard. I was able to get a fan from the front desk but otherwise it would have been really poorly ventilated and hot because the window doesn't open but just a crack. Definitely not a comfortable walk to downtown so Metro is time consuming. Once you're there you are there unless you want to take the Metro which could be 30 minutes or more. So in summary it's cheap but not a place if you want to go out at night.

It was ok. but I would expect more for 50€+ shared hostel room.

Spacy room for six people, with good beds.

It was pretty hot in the room as there was no air condition and it was really noisy outside our room on first floor when we tried to keep the windows open. We even witnessed some fist fighting and yelling outside the hostel from our window. When the windows were shut there was still lots of noise from upstairs, though during the night it wasn't that bad.
