Location is superb and walkable distance to many attractions and stations. Room is clean and good and comfortable bed mattresses, the only little complaint is the pillows are too small and flat. We didn’t dine in the hotel as there are many varieties around.

Pros, very good location, quiet and was granted late check out due to gold member. Cons, mirrors in living room dirty looked like some sneezed on them. Cleaning is now up to you to book (claims it is good for environment ) Btw I did ask for cleaning and when came back late evening not done. Location was good with a train stop just across the road. Room size was fine and the rooms are newly renovated. Only issue for us was the very low water pressure/ volum for the shower. Water was hot enough for winter but the flow for the shower was really quite weak. I

The digital key didnt always work. It was many people and crowded at breakfast saturday ned sunday. The juicedispenser and coffeemachine were empty several times.

Nice hotel but some of the staff were a little bit rude when we asked for some basic requests such as a glass for the room.

The room is full of dust everywhere, especially at the bathroom. You can find it easily on the towel racks and containers for hand wash and shampoo. The bin was broken, asked for a replacement but they did nothing during our 4 days stays. The staff is not friendly and not helpful at all. We had one staff unlocking our room without any notice one day and we therefore, reported this incident to the receptionist but he was laughing at us and said " sorry this shouldnt be happening", which I truly dont feel he is sorry about this and i think breaking into a guest room without notice is truly accpetable.

Room clean no complaints there. Just wish there would be shelf in bathroom to put toiletries and more drawers for clothing , when staying longer. Plus i truly hate my suitcase has to sit on floor for 8 nights. Room in need of something to put suitcase on . Staff was great and room got cleaned when asked. Had a gru time and will come back.

This was a great hotel other than the rooms we had required about 6 stairs to get there.. This may not seem like a lot but with very heavy luggage it was. It would be so easy to make 1/2 the width of the steps a ramp and save guest’s backs!

The hotel is clean and room is in decent size. Breakfast is excellent. The only concern is the elevator. It is really small and may be able to fit two people with luggage each. Also, they only have 3 of them serving all hotel rooms. It is definitely not enough and you may have to wait for long time especially during check out time.

We had some cash stolen from our room during the night while we slept, an intruder came in through the open balcony door. A manager called B. Assam listened to our tale, said he'd worked at the hotel for 20 years and nothing of the sort had ever happened before. He then insulted us by offering 2 soft drinks as compensation! We'd already said we didn't want compensation, just a different room. His attitude was in contrast to the rest of the staff, especially a man called Oliver who was very helpful. He'd checked up and found that a football supporter who had been in the room next to us had checked out early that morning.

Friendly staff. Good location. Poor hotel condition as had to change the room three times. Air conditioning wasn’t working. Bathroom door wouldn’t close and second bed was placed under a wall desk and hanging lamp. Third room was an upgrade but stayed there for a day. Had to leave early in the morning and they were going to provide breakfast box, but they didn’t.

Good location for many sites. No fridge in room- and unable to find ice anywhere. Breakfast was good- gentleman at the front of the breakfast was very sweet. I found the whole lobby area smelled like smoke.

Requested a feather free room when booking. Confirmed a week before check in that the room would be feather free. Hotel confirmed. At check in asked again that the room was feather free. Hotel staff confirmed. My friend started to have a reaction so we went looking for feathers. Two of the four pillows were feathers. Picture of tag provided. My friend had a dangerous allergic reaction and a terrible nights sleep because of this mistake. When we called the front desk they told us there were no feathers in the hotel anywhere. We were looking at the tag so we knew they were wrong. Staff came and got the pillows but made no apologies for the mistake. At check out, we asked again about the pillows. Staff again denied the presence of feathers in our room so we showed them the picture. It was only now their tune changed. They combed our breakfast bill but the whole situation could have been a lot worse. People who are allergic to feathers should not stay here.
