The shower didn’t work, only a few drops of water came out when I turned it on and I arrived late and couldn’t shower after my 7 hour long travel day. The shower head was all smeared with something white, calcium looking stuff that looked very non-hygienic. Additionally There was some stuff in the toilet when I arrived, looked like someone hadn’t flushed. After arriving late, the morning after I was woken up by someone knocking on the door at 8 am, followed by construction work. I told the receptionist about this who said she was clueless of what the sound could have come from, there was no construction according to her. I also told her about the shower and she said they would send someone to fix it. I went to breakfast and on my way back, 45 min later, I asked if they had fixed the shower (my work day was about to begin) and she said she didn’t know, she had told someone about it but didn’t know if it was fixed. I went up to my room and there was a guy just arriving to my room then who spent a good 30 min working on the shower head, making noises in the background of my work meetings. But the worst part is that I had to sit in work meeting with greasy hair and old clothes. I had asked for late checkout since I delayed the start of my day so that they could fix the shower before I got back. Twice, a cleaning lady knocked on my door in the middle of my meetings. There was no compensation for this disturbance at all. Additionally There was no shoe horn.

Nice hotel with a bit of hostel vibe with games and football table in the lobby. Suitable for families. Hallways and my room were a bit too worn down for my taste, but still clean and modern. Service was friendly. I had two extra pillows in the room. Breakfast was a mediocre experience with only the bare minimum, like only one type of cold cuts. But probably as expected from a 3-star hotel. I would consider skipping it next time.

Great central hotel only 5 mins from main central station. Reception staff friendly and happy to help. We had a double bed room in a quiet part so couldn't hear train noise. Room and bed good size plus tea making facilities. Nice bathroom. Breakfast was good buffet style. All in all would recommend. Didn't use facilities like pool etc. This is in the meatpacking distruct loads of busy bars and restaurants. There is also a big shopping mall 15 min walk away. Main attraction tivoli also right by station.

Really lovely customer service. The area has many great restaurants. Breakfast was lovely and included. The pool was exceptional for our family with small children. Only complaint, Expedia should be clearer that the pool is an additional charge and that hours are somewhat limited in the evenings (weekends it closed at 5:30).

Great location with very easy access to the Metro and Central Station. Also close to many dining options in the Meatpacking District. If you plan on visiting Tivoli, very easy access to the park from the hotel. The breakfast, though the same items every day, was tasty and filling. There are a lot of options to choose from, and everything was good quality. The breakfast staff were very nice. As other have noted, pool and some other perks are an upcharge, but a small one. The pool was confusing to get to but large with lots of different areas depending on what you wanted to do: swim, dive, play, etc. It is next to the hotel, but not part of the hotel. We rented bikes, which were in good working condition for the most part, though they skipped in one gear. The room itself was fine, though I do wish parts of it were cleaner. There were stains on the bathroom tile and on the window seat that were never cleaned during our stay. The main bed was comfortable, but the extra folding bed was less so and squeaked. We felt it was pretty quiet despite being near the train tracks.

We arrived at the property at midnight and was given the key to our room. The room was small and there was no air conditioning even though the hotel was advertised as having air conditioning. I asked the staff at the desk and he said it was 25 degrees Celsius in our room, which is 78 degrees Farenheit and that there was a cooling system. After again going and checking the air in the room )the temperature had not changed), the guy at the desk said again it was 25 degrees like it was okay. The room got up to 80 during the night. We stayed the night and left for a new hotel first thing in the morning. Not only was the staff indifferent, the toilet seat in our room was broken as well.

Easy walk from the central Copenhagen train station. The rooms we had were spacious and comfortable. Plenty of places to eat around the hotel, but not a touristy area - BTW, I highly recommend Warpigs for great barbecue and beer. I would definitely look at staying there again.

Incredible property, located perfectly for exploring Copenhagen. Incredibly friendly staff and all amenities in the hotel are top-notch. We had a brilliant stay in the suite and throughly enjoyed the panoramic views of the surrounding Meatpacking district and centre of Copenhagen. I could not recommend the property enough. The only criticism I’d have was that the breakfast wasn’t really well organised and very limited in terms of breakfast options. But you can easily get around this.
