The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was about a 10 minute walk from Tivoli theme park and the central station and about a 20 minute walk from the town centre. There were touches of 'Tivoli' around the hotel - a wall of mirrors into the restaurant and Tivoli toy soldiers around the hotel that my daughter enjoyed finding. The Pool was fantastic for the kids and there was a sauna as well.
There was on-site parking under the hotel but it was incredibly expensive. The hotel room was small and we had problems with drainage in both the shower and sink. It wasn't explained to me that I would need to request for the room to be cleaned. When I figured out you had to do this, despite scanning the QR code at 8am you could only book for the following day which meant that we had not had any room cleaning for our entire stay. We took fresh towels from the pool because of this. Breakfast was very busy and it was hard to find tables - we were a group of 5 and we discovered on the last day that there were tables 'reserved' at the front for big families, but they did not explain that we could use these - again until the last day.
