Clean and spacious room. Location was great with easy connections to the city centre via bus and metro.
There was a mix-up in our booking. We booked a twin bed room but were given a double bed instead. We had to go back and forth several times, perhaps due to language barriers, although the staff were very kind and helpful and the issue was resolved in the end.

breakfasts are great
I wanted to going to room around 2:30 p.m. and I was offered to go for an additional 200 crowns, which I don't like, the room was ready, so I don't know why the hotel wants money for it
