Great location, clean rooms, good value for money.

Clean and spacious room. Location was great with easy connections to the city centre via bus and metro.

There was a mix-up in our booking. We booked a twin bed room but were given a double bed instead. We had to go back and forth several times, perhaps due to language barriers, although the staff were very kind and helpful and the issue was resolved in the end.

You have minimal stuff like TV. No one came to clean my room for the 4 days I was there. Thr iron was crap, steam pls and basic a ces. To coffee/tea and a safe would bf good, I was worried re my passport, green card and stuff

Really complete hotel with Breakfast, staff, spa, gym and bar

Breakfast was great, staff very friendly and supportive, the bar was good, the spa amazing and the gym very good for being in a hotel, it had all the equipment I needed. The view from the Spa and my room were amazing too.

There were constructions in the way from the metro to the hotel, and make it a bit more difficult to arrive, but its not a problem about the hotel itself.

Great location for the BMX track (our reason for going). Easy access to Metro. One very good member of front desk staff.

Abusive response from cleaning staff when trying to use the toilet facility which they wished to clean. Followed by a very poor response from the front desk staff. No apology, no empathy; blamed us and shrugged their shoulders.

Yet another hotel who reduces guest services "for environment"

No housekeeping at all unless you request it a day in advance at reception (by walking down to reception since they also removed phones). No refrigerator nor coffeemaker in the room. The hotel is next to the bus stop but the only entrance is on the opposite street, so you need to circle the whole building to enter, which sucks when it rains. The area has no restaurants and only a small supermarket about 10 minutes away. Repetitive English-style breakfast with no variety.

Close to metro and bus. Good breakfast. I requested a bathtub and was given one! Which is a huge plus. Room and hotel was very clean.

Weird booking system for the breakfast. You need to scan a qr code and book a timeslot. Could be very confusing for the elderly or disabled. Could also be easy to miss when you are exhausted from being out walking and sightseeing. Cleaning also need to be booked. They say this is to prevent food waste and save energy on cleaning. But it seems more like a economical cost saving feature dressed up in a green eco suit. Cleaning every second or third day would be better. Staff also almost double charged me because they were not paying attention to the fact that i had pre-paid.

Good value!

Rooms are simply furnished, but thoughtfully designed and very clean. Breakfast was exceptionally good. All the staff were very welcoming, courteous and friendly.

Restaurant is not open on weekends, except for breakfast.

Spacious , reliable and comfotable .

Room was very spacious, furnitures were of a very good quality eventhough a bit old fashioned . Bed was very big but the matress was on the soft side for my taste and extra pillow was asked and was provided immediately . Bathtoom was immaculate, most probably recently renovated and spacious, everything was working properly. Breakfast was rich and of good quality. Having to reserve a time slot saves you from the morning crowds. Location isn't central but it is very convenient because it is close to metro and bus station. In ten minutes you are downtown. Neighborhood is very nice and safe. Airport is near and easy to reach. Actually i believe that the hotel is better than the photos , so i advice you not to judge by the photos provided but you better give it a try.

Reception stuff especially at check in could have been more friendly and engaging. I dont know how it will be in summer hot days without airconditioning and fridge in the rooms.

Don’t Stay Here

The breakfast was good, everything else sucked!

1) The location is out in the sticks, not one sit down restaurant with in walking distance, only fast food burgers, pizza 2)They had a restaurant in the hotel, but it was not open Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. The bar opened at 4:30 and you could get a cup of nuts for $5 If you did go to a take out you could not bring outside food into the dinning area 3) No phones in the room, no room service 4) Very expensive

Staff are very friendly, breakfast is excellent. Nice to have a pool table too.

A good hotel for a city trip but not within walking distance of the city center.

The breakfast was very good, fresh homemade food, good supply of everything. Rooms were clean. Staff very friendly. I liked the fact that they offered the possibility to book housekeeping so not every day somebody comes into your room.

1. The rooms on the front of the hotel are quite noisy because there is a very busy road on that side. Once you shut your window you don't hear anything but if you like to sleep with windows open you should ask for rooms on the back of the hotel. 2. In the information it said there was subway access but there is no subway near the hotel. However, there is a bus going into town (bus 7A), busstation only a few minutes away from the hotel. Coming back with bus 7A is a longer way as it does not take the same route back. 3. In the room we missed a small water cooker. This was only meant for the more expensive rooms, not for the standard rooms. So when you come back after a long day in the city you can not make a cup of tea or coffee in your room, instead you have to go down to buy something from a machine for 34 kronen (quite expensive for a cup of hot water). It would add to my guest satisfaction if you would put a small water cooker in all the rooms.

Surprisingly good

The hotel is clean, breakfast is good and there is free parking in front of the building. Rooms aren't cleaned daily by default but this can be requested at the front desk. The staff will go out of their way to help. Last time we stayed in a more expensive hotel with more stars down town; the cheaper Scandic turns out to be the better option.

There is no water, tea or coffee in the rooms.

the hotel beds were really really bad. I woke up to terrible back pain every day. the room and washroom was ok but not worth the price I paid. it was more of a ibis budget type of hotel experience. and I paid way more than ibis budget type of hotel.
