Rooms modern, check in smooth and fast

No where to really store clothes apart from a couple of hagers. Breakfast a bit basic but served a purpose. On check out I was told I owed money, after querying this it transpired I was being told about someone else’s bill:

Great hotel, very friendly staff. Train station is just 300 m away and offers perfect access to Copenhagen's city centre. I'll probably come back.

Copenhagen was fully booked for an event in town and the hotel rate was above good and evil.

Cozy stay for cozy people

Exceptional location, very close to city centre, only 2 stops by overground metro. Bus stops are also nearby. Easy to rent e-bikes, they're basically everywhere. The hotel is very clean and modern, very cozy. Good breakfast for additional price, has everything you need. The room was simple, yet comfy. There are iron rooms on each floor. Welcome drinks was a lovely surprise, sad we didn't get the chance to use those coupons.

Fantastic hotel

Whilst the hotel is just outside of Copenhagan, it was only a short metro hop & we liked that it was in a little quieter area. The hotel staff were so friendly and efficient. Amenities just what we needed. Room absolutely grand for a weekend stay. If I visited Copenhagan again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here.

Excellent choice for the budget! Very clean!!

I loved the welcome we received at the hotel. The staff were super friendly. Interms of rooms, it was very well maintained and pretty neat. It felt like a premium stay. Also, the hotel is very well connected to the nearby public transport. I will not hesitate to book this hotel once again, I highly recommend.

A good modern hotel

A nice modern hotel. It's nice to see hotels finally adjust to the modern day travelers. There is a place to work if you want, a nice bar, entertainment area. There is a fitness center as well, but I did not visit it. I also haven't tried the breakfast as I was disappointed by the variety. Location is good, easily reachable by public transport (there is a metro station 10-15 minutes by foot), and about 15 minutes from city center by bicycle. The room was spacious, but the bathroom was somewhat small and cramped. The staff was very nice and friendly.

Breakfast selection was lacking, so I didn't try it. The room was spacious, but the bathroom was rather small and felt cramped. Beds were too soft for me taste.

Friendly staff and free welcome cocktail. Easy to get into CopenhGen with bus or train nearby. Boat bus less than 20 .inutes walk Different style Marriot.

Problem with TV and tech staff had gone home. Offered different room but didn't bother.. No in-room coffee.

The train was in some steps to the city centers The atmosphere in Lobby was very good . The hotel ist good organized, the reception was nice. The breakfast was the same in 4 days of our stay, but it was good quality und enough. The room was every day cleaned. We feel good there

Exceptional

Hotel is well located, area is clean and nice. It is about 450 m from Sydhavn station. From Sydhavn station to central station it is 2 stops - 5 minutes. By bike it is about 10 minutes - it depends on your speed. You can rent a bike for 300 DKK/day at the hotel, or you can rent a bike in the city f.e. from Donkey Republic for better price. Staff is nice, hotel is modern, clean. Queen Room was perfect choice, it was cleaned every day. At the breakfast, you have choice of milk (fat,light, oat, lactose-free), one yoghurt, a lot of cereals. You have also sausages, eggs, ham, cheese, butter, fruits, vegetables, great FRESH! bread, small pastries (like small croissants, donuts,…), pancakes with jam/nutella. Coffee, tea, water, juices. I think everything what you need :)). So I didn’t understand people who weren’t satisfied with breakfast in the reviews. I think these people are greedy. Copenhagen is beautiful, when you do not choose those crowded places with tourists. The mentality of the Danish people is incomparable with the mentality of Central Europeans, the Danish people are very hospitable and nice.

This was a fairly good hotel, but it was quite overpriced for location and space. The room was small, and there was no closet or desk space, but it was sufficient if you spent most of the time outside the hotel. Breakfast was good. Location is 15 min from the center, but location has a feel of industrial part of the city. There is no walking around or shops/restaurants around.

Loved it

The hotel was well-decorated and clean. The room was also clean and comfy. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was sufficient. It's not in the city center, but the train station is in 5 min walk. We really liked it.

On our last night at 6 a.m., the emergency alarm started for no reason. With all the other customers, we evacuated the hotel. It was found that there was an error in the system, but it was a bit scary in the first place.
