The hotel had a good location and the staff were friendly, the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options to choose from.
The bathroom had visible mold, which was not acceptable for a 4-star hotel. The bed was also far too soft for my preference, making it difficult to get a comfortable night's sleep.

Metro station is quite close to the hotel. View from the rooms and from the top floor is really nice.
Cleaning should be improved. Bathroom was not entirely clean when we arrived and during our stay we have also found hair which was not ours. Equipment in the fitness part was not in good condition.

It was spacious, quiet and somewhat ok
My air conditioning wasnt working so couldnt sleep properly , Cleaning staff didnt clean the rooms properly , no new towels, you come back to dirty room or the room as you leave. Tea and coffee wasnt refilled everyday, electricity plugs werent even where they supposed to be, to Iron your cloths you have to duck down and find the plug underneath table. Bed wasnt confy for the price.
