This accommodation 100% staffless but we did not feel any inconvenience. On the other hands, we can feel that every single detail was thoroughly considerate by Numa so we are so happy to recommend this place. Enjoy your stay!

I had a fantastic stay at Numa Copenhagen Nørrebro! The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures—modern, minimalistic, and very clean. I really appreciated the Scandinavian design touches and the well-equipped kitchen, which made it easy to prepare meals during my trip. Everything from the coffee machine to the dishwasher worked perfectly.
The check-in process was completely digital, and it went smoothly without any issues. I liked that I could enter the building and my room using a code—no need for a front desk or key. Communication with the support team via WhatsApp was quick and helpful whenever I had a question.
Location-wise, Nørrebro is a cool, multicultural neighborhood with lots of great restaurants, cafes, and small shops. It’s not right in the city center, but the metro station is nearby, so getting around was easy. I enjoyed being in a quieter, more local part of the city while still having access to everything.
A couple of small things to note: there’s no air-conditioning, so the room got a little warm during the day, but opening the windows helped.
If you’re looking for a self-service stay that’s clean, modern, and hassle-free, this place is perfect. I’d definitely book it again next time I visit Copenhagen!
