Brilliant base to explore Copenhagen!

We loved the mini apartment. The kitchen was well stocked and enabled us to keep costs down by cooking some meals there. It was very convenient for the Metro, which is superb and gives fantastic access to all parts of Copenhagen. The keyless door lock works seamlessly and prevents any issues with lost keys etc. and the ability to leave luggage safely was invaluable. Leaving some ground coffee for us was a nice touch too. Thank you!

The apartment provided all the necessities that one needs for a short break.

I like that BOB W's accommodation is standard all around the world. I found all that I needed in the apartment.

Electronic access method by mobile. I had issues with my mobile data service provider which increased my stress levels because I was afraid each time I went out the door it would not be possible to go back in the room. Please do the access by key in a safe key box with code near each door. Bed is too high. Barely enough space to get in the bed from one side. Shower glass is too small, you can install a rod from one side of the room to another and fix a shower curtain until such time as you can replace them all.

Nice and cozy stay

We're grateful for a nice and cozy stay. What could make it perfect is an additional pair of hooks in the bathroom (attached to the door or elsewhere apart from above the toilet) and some anti-slip rug (there were the foot towels, anyway, the splashed water made us feel like on the skating rink after taking a shower 🙂. But overall, we had a really good time at Bob W. Thank you!

It would be great to fix the bathroom doors, as they catch on the floor when opening/ closing. There was an issue with the apartment door opening using my phone a few times, but it worked after logging out and back in again/ rebooting the phone.

I like a lot the place where the hotel is! Near the metro and train station! There are a lot of super markets near! Great placement!

Inside the room there was a lot of dust under the bed and the open bed sofa! In the bathroom I prefer to had the bath a small wall under to the floor because all the water comes around during my shower!

The nice layout and small but functional kitchen. Good location close to buses to Copenhagen center and 10 minutes walk to the metro. Excellent breakfast at a small café five minutes from the hotel.

breakfast, at an added cost was very enjoyable; didn't know where it was until check in had been completed and actually had lunch there the day of entry, partly because it was the nearest internet listed cafe we could find. the young ladies who operated the cafe were very personable and helpful, even giving us coffee recommendations to other places when we commented on how bad the coffee was on the cruise we had completed just prior to our Copenhagen 3 days.

we are probably too old to fully appreciate the digitisation of services at bobw, but we did learn some new skills through necessity and helped some near arrivals with cheats we had found through experience. It would have also been advantageous to be able to get around the bed (one side was against the wall/window ledge), and we are in our late 60's

Loved our week-long stay here. The apartment was super clean with all the amenities in the kitchen that we needed. Bed was very comfortable. We also appreciated a toaster as that is not so common in some countries. The laundry was great with washers and driers and washing powder provided. They even had a portable drying frame to use in our apartment. The neighbourhood was very quiet with a supermarket one block away. The train station is only 5 minutes walk for a 12 minute trip into the city on clean, efficient trains that leave every 3 minutes. We loved our stay.

Clean, Modern and Hygge!

The location was very good, near the University and popular tourist spots. Easily accessible from the Metro, which is about an 8 minutes walk. The customer service is brilliant, very friendly and warm manner in all communications, writing and notices. Although all comms are via whatsapp, they are very responsive. The camera is such as an amazing perk! and the Tote bag/stickers you get to take home. Laundry room- provides all the things you may need. It's really a home away from home! The size could be bigger for the price but that is the scandi style! I would recommend staying here- I did ALOT of research before going with this one and I was pleasantly satisfied.

Price is expensive if not booked well in advance. The reliance on the phone to open the door- 1 key card would be very good in case you don't have battery etc.

Cosy and well designed room

Furniture and design of the room were exceptional, with lots of small details making our stay better, for example, having Brazilian ground coffee and a French press to be used was incredible! A tote bag that helped us carrying our stuff around Copenhagen was also very cool. It is a quiet neighbourhood but easy to go to the Metro and near big parks.

Its a very low probability of that happening again as it is Copenhagen, but when we were there, there was a heat wave, which is probably once per year or so, and the room was quite warm in the first day. But then we left windows open at night and it got better.

Exceeded expectations. Incredible value for money

The property and flats are exceptionally well-designed. It feels like Bob lived there and thought of every problem you could encounter, and then provided a solution before any client could encounter it. The flat, even thoughit was the smallest room, had everything you may need. From infinite storage, exceptional WI-FI (I was WFH that week, endless teams meetings, etc). fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The bed was incredibly comfortable and all those little details made our stay more precious. On the main floor/reception you also have a work station with desks, plugs and lounges to actually work. A fully equipped social kitchen and there is also an outdoor terrace with sofas and tables to enjoy a nice meal outside. It absolutely exceeded our expectations and can't wait to be back there.

The apartment's digital lock was a nightmare to use. Sometimes it worked at the first try but other times it would take 20-30 times, refreshing the website or getting in touch with Bob. Its all about patience.. haha but other than that, no problems at all!

Nice room with small kitchen and comfortable bed (relatively small for two, I think). Simple check-in, access to a shared laundry, kitchen and lounge. Nice decoration.

Despite the fairly opaque curtains, light does get in (and it can be quite bright late at night and early in the morning in summer).

It was clean

My room was at street level offering no privacy or security. I could not keep the curtains open because you are in a fish bowl They do not have a concierge and you have to talk to a WhatsApp Overpriced Small room and bed To open the room door you are forced to rely on your smart phone and no key was provided even after I asked for No attention to details: no salt in the kitchen and cheap teflon cooking pan There was a letter “Welcome Mary” my name is Gianluca

The hotel met all our expectations. We definitely recommend this hotel

The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. The rooms were cozy and practical. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. Supermarkets were very close to the hotel, so we could easily prepare our breakfasts and meals. Metro station was also so closed to the hotel. Their online system was well-designed, and they responded to our questions on whatsapp very quickly. We felt just like we were at home.

Excellent Communication

I’ve stayed in many places before, but Bob W was by far the place where I felt the most safe! The hotel is fully digital, with its own app, and from the very beginning, the team was always in touch whenever we needed anything. The door access is completely automated with a code. Everything is well-organized, including luggage storage and extra services. The room had everything we needed, and whenever something was missing, they were quick to help. Since the weather was a bit cold, we requested a heater and they provided it immediately. There were also lovely local coffee and chocolate treats, which was such a kind gesture. They had even left a tote bag in the room as a gift! There was an Instax camera available to use, which was a really sweet idea—though we couldn’t use it since there was no film, we still appreciated the thought. You can drink the tap water directly, and the room was spacious enough. Although it’s not right in the city center, it’s within walking distance to the metro, making transportation very easy. There are plenty of supermarkets around, too. If I visit again, I’ll definitely stay here. Lots of love to the Bob W team ❤️

Pleasant stay, but many things can be improved

Location of the building is awesome. Its very quiet and close to a few supermarkets (fotex, 2x Netto, lidl) and to the Metro station (about 10 minutes walk). The metro is very frequent and it gets you to the city center really quickly. There is also a bus station nearby. The room was clean when we arrived. Bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets.

I arrived at night and took a shower and then only realized that the shower drain was clogged and that i had a pool of water on my feet. I had to stop mid-shower to dig out and clean the shower drain (removed all those disgusting lump of hairs). That is really poor standard that the drain is not cleared every now and again. Its also really annoying that there are only 6 washer and 2 dryer machines in the laundry room to be shared amongst all guests. We went in a couple of times and couldn't do our laundry because the machines we already running. The gym that we had was loop fitness, which had tons of machines but not the typical dumbbells set with proper benches to work on.

Bob's Chocolate Factory

Wonderful concept of the apartments with great facilities located at the historical chocolate factory at one one of the best Copenhagen residential areas, what's not to like? Pay attention to the elements used to decorate your apartment: many of them are related to Denmark and Copenhagen design and industrial scene

At first, the facilities might seem a bit overwhelming and not easily understandable. I think that some additional pointers could have been helpful. Also, I guess that an additional appreciation to this place came to me after learning the history of the building, which is amazing. My check in was not very smooth due to the virtual apartment keys not working at that time, but Bob's assistance was great!

• As usual with this hotel chain, the extra benefits were lovely – we received a shopper, an Instax camera with film, and access to a convenient laundry room with dryers (though you may need to wait for availability). • The room was spacious and warm, with a dining table and even a kitchen with a stove. • Very clean, with plenty of storage space. • The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

• The shower had two doors that kept opening, which was a bit inconvenient. • The bed was a bit short – if you’re over 190 cm, your feet might hit the windowsill. • The location is a bit far from the city center, but the metro is just a 3-minute walk away.

I was not being able to access both rooms on one app. Had to change links for each room. I was the only person who had the app and therefore access to each room. Booking 2 rooms, Would have been nice to be at least on the same floor. There was room for a single bed/mattras on the floor in the 4 person room. Parking was expensive.
