Excellent location, close to metro station. Extremely quiet and clean! Lovely interior, thoughtful extras, would definitely recommend this property.
No staff around when we checked in. Our room was quite confusing to get to, but easy to find once we figured it out!

Great apartment, including nice bed, decent shower (not very common in CPH), and functional small kitchen with everything I needed for cooking a breakfast. Close to metro station and supermarkets,
The system to open the apartment's door is not OK. You need to access the hotel's webpage from your mobile for that, so there is a lot of stress with battery level and the possibiliy of the webpage to be off. Even worse is that there is never any staff in the reception, and even when you reach out by whatsapp you end up talking with an AI bot. I asked for information abiut the gym, and the bot replied me with an address in Hamburg. This is disrespectful with a paying guest, which needs to waste time talking with a machine instead of a human.
