The breakfast was amazing - fantastic selection of food. The room was spacious and clean.Good having 24 hour reception .
Should use reusable cups in rooms - this would be more eco friendly, rather than disposable cardboard cups .
Our TV only got 2 channels , we asked Reception to please sort as it should have Cable TV, but it didn’t eventuate.

We had a pleasant stay overall—the hotel was recommended to us, and the breakfast was good.
However, there were several issues with housekeeping that affected our experience. Our room was not cleaned during our stay, and the bath/shampoo dispenser was not refilled. Additionally, although we booked the room for three guests, there were not enough towels provided.

I like that it is close to the central station, close to the Center. There were games to play with children, comfy beds, silent.

The breakfast was simple and the same each morning but the quality was exceptional. The amenities, games etc were varied and looked in good condition.
The hall to the rooms looked daggy, old and cheap, stains on the tiles floor, no artwork anywhere, no murals to lift the dormitory feeling. The room was the same, functional but no atmosphere, we spent as little time in there as possible.
