We got a tiny room with a double bed instead of the twin beds requested. They say they try to honor requests but don't guarantee you will get what you asked fir.
Nice courtyard (see photo). That and a little indoor space, snd a breakfast buffet, are the only facilities. The breakfast is not bad but nothing special.
Location is excellent with a subway station around the corner, a short walk to the train station, and plenty of restaurants around.
IMPORTANT: This hotel is NOT handicap accessible. The elevator is up a dozen steps. It stops on landings between floors, so you have to climb up or down another half flight of stairs every time!
Not a bad hotel, just very basic. You get what you pay for.

Hotel was very close to Copenhagen central station and metro line which made getting around Copenhagen very easy. We were able to catch the train directly from the airport which was super convenient. Area around the is a little run down but we had no issues. Room was a clean, basic room but a little tight for our group of four adults. Breakfast was lovely especially sitting in the garden courtyard with a wide range of options. Just be aware that due to the age of the building the elevator will require you to still carry bags up 4-5 stairs and rooms do not have air conditioning which made the room uncomfortably warm after even in 24deg days. Overall a wonderfully located hotel with friendly, accomodating staff.
