Great location
Right next to central station and everything else in the city centre
Room was clean
Bed was comfortable
Staff at check in and check out were kind
I have areived at around 11am abd room was ready, appreciated it as I was a little tired
Rooms are a bit small and you can hear all the noices coming from rooms around and floor
Would have preferred porcelain mugs for complementary tea dn coffee set also slippers in the room

Close to Central Station (5 mins). As the reception/breakfast room was being renovated we ate at another Hotel about 100 Metres away. Room very clean and warm. Water very hot. Quality of bath towels excellent and room clean and tidy. Nice to have a kettle in the room and also a safe at no extra cost. Staff on reception ()male/female) were very pleasant and helpful.
The size of the room was very small and compact with little space to get around.

Great location, very close to the central station and the subway station, and yet very quiet, even the rooms overlooking the street. It's also very close to the "Kødbyen" area, with loads of restaurants and cocktail bars.
The room was very clean and the staff very friendly. The rooms are well equipped (we had a room with two single beds, it was small but it had everything, I can't complain at all).
We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so I don't know how it is.
Maybe the beds are a bit too soft, I prefer beds with memory foam, but overall they were fine and comfy.

Location is great and the breakfast was superb.
There are stairs before you can reach the elevator, be aware of it. The elevator stops mid floor, so whenever you’re going up or down, you’ll be obliged to use the stairs. The room was really small. There is no ac (it was not needed though).
