Room not clean properly, table is sticky. Room to stuffy. Staff is not helping customer need help, only can said SORRY I VANT HELP IT. Not helping customer to solve the problem. Cleanliness need to improve. Pls have some basic need like kettle to boil water.

This hotel could not be closer to the Airport, arriving late evening it was a welcome sight . Breakfast was also very nice 👌

Checked in and found trash in the toilet, not sure if the assigned room was cleaned. Staff assigned another room but it seemed smaller (no desk or chair). Remote control for tv not working. Otherwise, room was decent for a overnight stay to catch an early flight.
