The staff were so helpful and kind.

It is as comfortable as hostel. There were nothing in the room even a gardrop or refrigerator. The rooms are smaller than shown in photos.

Good place to stay for the night before flying out

They allowed us to leave our luggage before we checked in so go on a tour. The staff was very accommodating. Close to bus. Metro was only a 30 minute walk if you didn't want to take the bus.

Terrible, the Sheraton name is being desocrated.

The room is good and compact. The beds are comfortable and room is clean.

The room is extremely basic and not much is offered for such a price point and such a singled out location. The bathroom had no soap and no shampoo at the shower and it was all finished. The staff walked in on me at 11am when it was time for check out without changing. For that price I would expect a lot more than a hotel in the middle of nowhere that offers absolutely nothing.

A clean hotel with friendly staff, but unfortunately our experience was affected by several issues, including incorrect

The hotel was clean, and the service was friendly. It was an ideal stop after a long journey, and overall the common areas felt welcoming and tidy.

Despite requesting twin beds, we arrived to find one double bed instead. The bathroom was a big disappointment — it didn’t resemble the photos on Booking.com at all. It was enclosed by a shutter rather than a proper door, and the space itself looked very old and worn down. There were also loud noises coming from the floor above throughout the night, which made it difficult to rest. Worst of all, a stranger entered our room at 8:20 in the morning while we were still in bed, which felt very unsettling

Hotel near the Copenhagen Airport with very helpful staff and a clean and quiet room

The hotel is near the airport and the taxi ride was inexpensive. The front desk staff was very helpful. They ordered my dinner for delivery and called a taxi so I could return to the airport. My room was very quiet and clean. I would definitely stay here again!

Good for proximity to the airport.

We stayed here because it was close to the airport. It was clean and efficient. The staff were great. It was very helpful that they let us drop luggage for 5 days while we took a side trip before returning to Copenhagen.

Beds and space were not as comfortable as I expected for a Sheraton. It was an expensive night for an uninspired experience. But that is typical of hotels near the airport.

Very clean, Nice friendly staff, still needs some modifications

Great location near the airport and a short bus or taxi into the city centre, free car parking, nice comfortable lounge areas, screen with flights showing. Staff were lovely.

Rooms are quite small and one side of the bed has only about a foot space between the wall and bed. No black out blinds and curtain not very thick, no aircon, but a fan was supplied. Only one very soft pillow was supplied, not much storage - ok for just a night or two. No tea/coffee supplied, no fridge.

Perfect for a no fuss quick stay.

I was on a long layover and they were a perfect match. Close to the airport, clean, took the last minute booking so I could get back to the airport in the morning.

Suitable for a nights rest if you need to be close to the airport

If you need a bed close to the airport, this is a good choice. If you expect coffee and basic facilities in the room, you will be disappointed. You have to buy tea and coffee. If you need a meal, there are a couple of pizza/Italian takeaway restaurants in the area with the food being ok. The room was very small. Overall, the hotel was clean, and the upside was that the bed was firm, something that we had missed while travelling around Europe.

Bathroom was not satisfying at all. Almost an imposition to use the shower and toilet. Missing remote control for TV. Windows face parking lot, basically no privacy possible. Unless curtains cover full window at all times, which darkens the room immensely.
