Very convenient location, close to a lot of restaurants and places to visit. The room is clean and comfortable, I enjoyed a very good breakfast and the all members of staff I interacted with were very friendly.

Location is great. Relatively ok hotel. But would not choose it again.
Key features not available. No safe, no fridge, no safety box and no channels on the tv so you need to already have a streaming service on your phone and use that. So basic things not available Things I would expect from a 4-star hotel. Chose this hotel due to it having private parking but as it turned out after booking it is extremely tight and the rental car was too large to fit. Had to find alternative parking a few minutes walk away. Was double-charged as I already paid at the time of booking and when I checked in. Got it sorted the mirning after though.
Breakfast was the normal sampling of what most hotels in the same price range offer, but the seating area is way too small and too few seats. Try to solve it by allowing guests to eat elsewhere around the ground floor but thats almost all lounge seating. Even parts of the seating at the buffet are lounge seating.
In short, they fail at being a 4 star hotel in my book. Although a nice looking hotel then it simply does not deliver the rating. Will stay elsewhere next time I visit Copenhagen.
