The staff was very kind and the location is excellent
I did not like that the staff has no influence over the music played in the lounge. It makes no sense that they cannot adapt the music to the guests‘ needs. A water cooker and tea and coffee in the room would be a great plus.

Everything! Location, staff, rooms, breakfast.
Nothing, everything was perfect 👌🏼

The location, the size of the room and the staff!
There was no refrigerator and the TV was set only for streaming from your own device. Some of us do not have streaming abonnements. This should be clearly marked on the description of the hotel.

Location and breakfast
TV service. Only streaming from my own device available and, even then, the tv wasn’t set up correctly! Next day server not available made things worse! I don’t expect to pay GBP 250 per night to act as a tv engineer! In addition the bed was very poor compared to the competition.
