Room was a good size nice comfy bed, clean and modern etc. location was good.
A few things like didn’t have an iron or kettle or fridge in room. Was quite expensive for what it was!

Nice designed room & working fan. Tranquil. Room as photographed and had electricity sockets near bed. Wifi okay. Near public transport and walking distance to key attractions
The shower leaks into the bathroom as flat / weird shape. Reception was overwhelmed and didn’t activate my key card (another customer was complaining that hotel had no record of the parking they had booked on booking.com). I had to go back to reception for key cards. Overpriced for what you get but Copenhagen

Very convenient for sightseeing and transport links.

Location and breakfast
TV service. Only streaming from my own device available and, even then, the tv wasn’t set up correctly! Next day server not available made things worse! I don’t expect to pay GBP 250 per night to act as a tv engineer! In addition the bed was very poor compared to the competition.
